I gotta say, I was totally blown away by the amazing customer service I got from Shopbop. I know not everyone has had the same great luck, but my order was smooth sailing all the way. My dress showed up super fast, especially since shipping was free. I ordered it on a Saturday and had it in my hands by Tuesday, which was pretty impressive. The dress itself was exactly what I had in mind, and the quality was top-notch, even better than I expected. The whole experience was just perfect, and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be coming back to Shopbop for more, no doubt about it.
Perfect orders
Honestly, I just don't get why people are leaving all these negative reviews. Every time I order something, it comes right on schedule and I've never had any problems with the product or their customer service. There was this one time they sent me the wrong thing, but they fixed it super fast and I was able to return it without any issues. And on top of that, my stuff always gets to me in Switzerland in like 1-3 days. Way to go, Shopbop!
Black pants
So, I just got these super awesome black pants online, you know? But then the package got caught up in some crazy emergency situation and I was like, oh gosh, am I ever gonna get my pants?? And on top of that, I kept getting these super annoying emails that I couldn't even unsubscribe from! Ugh. But then, out of nowhere, my pants arrive and miraculously the emails stopped. Crisis avoided.
Quick delivery to London
I just had the best delivery experience ever while shopping online. My item got to London in just 2 days after I ordered it, faster than stuff I've ordered in the US before. I was so impressed with how quick it was and I'll definitely be coming back to this online store!
Jacket purchase shipped to Mexico
The shipping was really good, got my jacket super quick and everything was fine. I ordered it on December 26th and it came by January 4th. The jacket was exactly what I wanted, so I was really happy with it. I didn't have to talk to customer service or send anything back, so I don't know about that part. But, all in all, I'm really satisfied with how Shopbop handled everything.
Skirt and top
My experience with Shopbop has been like a rollercoaster ride, you know? It's been a bit of a mixed bag for sure. Like, I got this skirt that was clearly already worn, super disappointing, but they did replace it right away without any issues, so props for that. But then I ordered a top that was the last one in stock, only to get an email a week later saying they didn't have it anymore. Man, that's frustrating, especially when you had your heart set on it. So yeah, overall, highs and lows with Shopbop, you feel me?
