    Christmas gifts for my little girl

    I just bought some Christmas gifts for my daughter from a store online. Unfortunately, when the package got to my place, it was torn open and the stuff inside was all broken. On top of that, the princess dress I ordered was missing, and that really stung because it was supposed to be a special present for her on Christmas. I reached out to the folks at shopDisney customer service, and I was really happy with how they handled it. They right away offered me a refund or a new dress with quick delivery. Their fast response saved me from having to buy another dress and wasting more money, which was a big help since I'm on maternity leave right now. I gotta say, the customer service I got was top-notch and I'm so thankful for all their help.

    I recently ordered some Disney stuff online from a different country and it was a great experience overall. I was a little worried about the shipping taking forever, but it ended up being super efficient. The customer service person I talked to was really helpful and said my package might not come until January, but it actually got here right before Christmas. They even upgraded my shipping to make sure it arrived on time. It was a really nice gesture that made our holiday season even more magical. I'm so thankful for their thoughtfulness and dedication to making sure customers are happy.

    Damaged United Kingdom ears headband

    I was really bummed about the United Kingdom ears headband I got from this store. When it showed up, you could tell right away that it was not treated well when it was shipped. Two flowers had already fallen off, and the band was actually broken in half. I had to bust out the glue to put the flowers back on and fix the band. Even the other flowers were loose, so I had to glue them down too so they wouldn't fall off. It was annoying to have to fix up something brand new that I bought for more money.

    I got this really awesome toy from this store, you know? But get this - it was supposed to get here before Christmas, and it totally didn't come until after New Year's! I mean, can you believe that? And then when I finally opened the box, the toy was all messed up! Such a major letdown! I tried calling customer service, but all they did was tell me I had to wait for a replacement. Ugh, so annoying!

    Man, let me tell you, this store is a complete nightmare. I honestly don't get how they're still in business. It's like they just do whatever they feel like, no rhyme or reason. They'll ship your stuff, then out of the blue, decide not to. They'll cancel your orders, or even just cancel part of your order and still sell those items on their site. And don't get me started on customer service - what a joke. You'll be waiting forever just to randomly get booted from the line. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers. Accountability? Nowhere to be found. This online store is a disaster, it's like watching toddlers try to run a yard sale. Honestly, it's just absurd. ShopDisney is out here wrecking Disney trips before they even start. Thanks for absolutely nothing, ShopDisney.

    I bought this really awesome toy for my son's Christmas gift, but it never showed up! I even got a confirmation email and all, but out of nowhere they gave me a refund and the toy is still up on their website. I tried reaching out on Facebook and email, but no response.     I was really let down by my recent experience with this company. I thought I was getting express delivery for my order, but it turns out that wasn't an option after all. The lack of clear communication about this really got to me. When I tried to reach out to customer service through live chat for help, the responses just felt so robotic and not helpful at all. The 7-day delivery timeline they promised passed without any updates on my order, and then I found out it hadn't even been sent yet. The automated email responses just made me more frustrated by sending me in circles without giving me any real answers. Honestly, I don't plan on shopping with this company again because of their bad service and poor communication.

    I recently bought a toy online and man, it was such a bummer. It took like 10 days to get here and when it did, the box was all messed up from the carrier. Not to mention, the toy itself wasn't even working right. So, I go on their website to try and figure out how to return it, but it was so annoying because I just kept getting stuck in this loop of useless FAQs that didn't tell me anything. They just kept saying to contact them, but didn't give me any info on how to do that. Finally, I reached out to the Liverpool store and they gave me a number to call, so I spend like 20 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to return this stupid toy. The whole thing was a nightmare and I was so over it by the end. I definitely won't be buying from them again. Their prices were too high, the delivery took forever, and the lack of info on their site just made everything worse.

    I bought a Christmas present from this store not too long ago, and let me tell you, the whole delivery situation was a mess.     I bought the new lightsabers for my son's birthday, expecting them to show up before the party. Sadly, the order got held up and the company never even bothered to tell me.     I just bought some last-minute Christmas gifts for my niece from this online store.     Super cool Mickey Mouse hoodie

    So I got this really awesome Mickey Mouse hoodie, you know? I was super excited for it to come in. But when it finally did, the box was all crushed and the hoodie was messed up! It was such a bummer, man. And when I tried to email them, they took forever to get back to me. And don't even get me started on when I called them - I was on hold for what felt like forever, and then they just straight up hung up on me! Not cool, Disney.
