Discounted shoe purchase
I recently bought some shoes on sale and it went pretty well. Even though some people said bad things about the website, I didn't have any problems with it. The chat support took a little while to respond, but they did eventually and they helped me out. The shoes were sent to me quickly through FedEx and they even gave me a tracking number. The packaging was good and the shoes were perfect. I'm really happy with my purchase and I saved some money too. I'd suggest knowing exactly what shoes you want, getting the right size, and trying them on first to avoid any problems with fit. Also, it's a good idea to use a credit card for payment just to be safe.
Burgundy Reebok sneakers
I finally found those burgundy Reebok sneakers I've been hunting for at WSS! They look just like they did on the website and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've been on the hunt for this specific color and style everywhere, so I was super excited when I stumbled upon them at WSS. Ordering was a breeze and my sneakers arrived in no time. The service was top-notch too, with friendly staff ready to help with any questions I had. The prices were fair compared to other stores, especially considering the quality of the shoes. Overall, my experience shopping at WSS was great and I'll definitely be back for more kicks in the future.

I just bought two pairs of slippers and a pair of shoes for my son. But man, what a debacle it turned out to be. The stuff came in three separate packages, and it took two whole weeks for everything to show up. The first box that arrived claimed to have everything in it, so at first, I thought I got ripped off. It was annoying waiting that long for everything. But hey, at least I finally got all my stuff and it was a good deal. I listened to other people's advice and used PayPal to pay, which was a solid choice.
Shoes order
I just ordered a pair of shoes and it was seriously the easiest thing ever. The website was so user-friendly, had really awesome prices, and they kept me in the loop the whole time! And to top it off, my order was delivered super fast. I was definitely impressed by the whole process.
Shoes
I just bought some shoes at this store and it was a total letdown. I thought they were on sale, but when I tried to swap them out, I was hit with a "no returns on clearance items" line. They didn't make it clear at all on the item's page, so I had to dig through a bunch of links to find out their definition of clearance. The way they talked about it made it seem like they were pulling a fast one on me. I just wanted to exchange them, but their rules made it impossible.
Jordan basketball for granddaughter
I just bought a Jordan basketball for my granddaughter from this company and I am so pleased with the product and service. The basketball was really good quality and just the right size for her. I was surprised at how quickly it was shipped to me, arriving within a week of when I ordered it. The whole shopping experience was fantastic, and my granddaughter was thrilled with her new basketball.
3 pairs of sneakers
I just ordered 3 pairs of sneakers from ShopWSS and I gotta say, it was alright. The ordering part was easy and smooth, so that was cool. But the app was kinda confusing and they didn't keep me in the loop much. Still, I managed to get my order in without too much trouble. Just remember to check your size before you buy so you don't end up with a bad fit.
Christmas gift order
I ordered a Christmas gift from this store, but I missed the 30-day return window by a few days. I attempted to bring it back, but they wouldn't take it back because it hadn't been worn. I was really disappointed about the whole situation.
Tie dye converse shoes for niece's birthday
I got my niece a pair of tie dye Converse shoes for her birthday, but man, the whole thing was a total letdown. When I tried to ask about when they would arrive, customer service gave me the run-around and left me clueless. Then, when the shoes finally came, they looked like someone already wore them and sent them back. The box was beat up, the shoes were scuffed, the laces had stickers stuck to them, and there were marks inside plus pet hair. My niece's party was coming up, and I had to show up empty-handed even though I made sure to order and pay early. They offered to refund or replace them, but it was a pain finding another gift last minute. I was disappointed and wished I had shopped somewhere else.

I bought a pair of shoes from this store recently, and man, it was a major letdown. They sent me the wrong shoes - pink high tops for little girls instead of the Nikes I wanted. When I let them know about the mix-up, they took forever to tell me that the Nikes I wanted weren't even in stock. And let me tell ya, their customer service was no help at all. They didn't seem to care about the trouble they caused me. I even asked for a coupon or some kind of compensation, but they shot me down. When I asked for a refund, they said it would take days to process, even though they took my money right away when I made the purchase. The whole thing left me feeling super frustrated and disappointed. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from this store is to skip it and go with a local business that cares more about its customers.
Damaged shoes
I just bought a pair of shoes from ShopWSS and man, was I let down by the condition they were in when they showed up. The shoes looked like they had already been worn, they were dirty and all creased up, plus the box was all messed up too. I tried talking to customer service to fix things, but they weren't helpful at all and wouldn't give me any kind of discount or solution. We went back and forth for months until they finally agreed to refund me, but now I'm worried the new shoes will be just as bad. What a frustrating and disappointing ordeal.
Shoes exchange difficulty
I had a really disappointing experience when I tried to exchange a pair of shoes at this store. I had bought the shoes just a few days ago, and all I wanted was a different size in the same style. But the staff wouldn't help me out with an even exchange. They insisted that because the price of the shoes had dropped since I bought them, I would have to pay the difference if I wanted to switch them out. I thought that was pretty unfair, considering I just wanted a different size in the same shoe. Couldn't find a solution in the end, so I left feeling really frustrated and unsatisfied.
Air max shoes
I bought these really awesome Air Max shoes, but it's been a whole week and they still haven't even processed my order! And customer service won't even tell me when they will finally get their act together. Ugh!

Sneakers purchase
I got these sneakers and man, they were terrible. Looked cheap, felt cheap, and I swear they were overpriced. Also, even though I ordered my usual size, they were way too big. I tried to swap them for a different pair, but they were all sold out. Dealing with the whole ordering, receiving, and returning process took way longer than I thought it would. And to top it off, I got charged for shipping both ways, which was a huge pain. When I finally got my refund, it was only for a partial amount, which was a bummer. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this site because the products suck, the shipping charges are outrageous, and everything moves slower than a snail.
Boots on sale
I recently bought two pairs of boots from this company on sale, but they ended up being too small. I contacted customer service to see about swapping them for a bigger size. But instead of allowing an exchange, they just gave me my money back and said I had to buy the boots again at full price. I got them at a discount originally, so it was really annoying to be told I had to pay full price for something I already got a deal on. This company's way of doing business is not cool for customers and it made me feel like I got ripped off. I'd suggest anyone thinking about shopping here to maybe reconsider.
Shoes and clothing
I've been really frustrated with this company. They keep confirming my orders, charging my credit card, and sending shipping confirmations, but then they turn around and cancel my order multiple times in the past month. Their customer service team has been no help at all, hard to get in touch with, and doesn't seem to care about actually fixing the issues. It's been a horrible shopping experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.
