Image downloads for my website
I was kinda surprised by how expensive it was to download individual images at first. But then I checked out the subscription options and actually found one that worked perfectly for what I needed and how much I could spend. There are so many good quality images to choose from, which made it super easy to find the right ones for my website. The search feature is really easy to use and the way they categorize everything makes it simple to narrow down your choices. All in all, it was a really good experience.
Stock image purchase
The company I got stock images from is out here thinking it's totally cool to swipe content from creators like Phillip Bloom. And get this, they're straight up ignoring any copyright problems that get pointed out to them. Like, that's not cool at all, right? It's like they don't care about intellectual property or the hard work that goes into making stuff. Total hypocrisy too - they're trying to sell the same kind of content they're stealing! It's not just wrong, it's seriously maddening. So, if you're a creator trying to keep your work safe, steer clear of this sketchy company.
3 month subscription purchase
I bought a 3-month subscription where I could get 5 songs each month. But I ran into an issue when I couldn't download my songs for one month because I was in an area with no internet. I tried to explain this to customer service, but they weren't flexible or understanding. I went through different levels of customer service and even contacted the managing director, but they didn't give me any leeway. I really think the company missed a chance to show good customer service by not letting me access the songs I paid for. I'm hoping we can find a fair and satisfying solution moving forward.
stock photos
I was super excited to try out this platform to look for some cool stock photos for my projects, but man was I let down. The selection was so small and the quality was just not up to par with other stock photo sites. I wasted hours trying to find the perfect images with no luck at all. It was such a bummer and a total waste of my time and money.
Subscription issues
The customer service is terrible! I've been trying to access my subscription and see my past orders for months, but they keep ignoring me. It seems like a scam since I'm still getting charged even though I can't even use what I paid for! This whole situation is just the worst!

I just got a subscription and downloaded a song from this website, but it had some watermark from another site in the background. I reached out to customer service about getting a refund, but they wouldn't help me. It's crazy that I paid for something I can't even use right. The customer service team not coming through is super disappointing.
