Medication shipping location
Wow, are you kidding me?! I was under the impression that I was ordering from a company based in Australia, but now I find out my meds are actually coming from Singapore. The last time this happened it was all good, but now it's taking forever for them to show up. What's going on here? Could it be because of Covid or is there something else causing the delay? I just want some clarity on where exactly my products are coming from.

I just got Revolution for cats (blue label) from Sierra Pet Meds and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how everything went down. Extremely disappointed! They sent me a defected product and wouldn't own up to it. Lost 187$! Tried having me to send it back, which would have cost at least half the price of the product! I have sent them pictures of the product and they tried convincing me it was OK! They put my dog's life in danger! My vet told me DO NOT GIVE IT TO HER.
