A Great Experience All Around

The Linerbond system and supernatural series are game-changers for people like me. I struggled with regular glue-on lashes for so long, but these lashes are so easy to put on and they look amazing. Plus, they stay on all day without any problems. The only issue I had was with the shipping. While the company doesn't handle the delivery themselves, the 7-10 day wait for orders to be picked up can cause some big delays. For example, I placed my second order last year in early November to beat the Black Friday rush, but I didn't get my stuff until the first week of January the next year. The quality of the lashes made the wait worth it, but the late delivery was definitely a downside.

I just really value supporting local businesses, especially when it's stuff I'm putting on my face, near my eyes.

I just bought the hearts mascara and had a really good experience with their customer service. False advertising
I bought something from this company because it was on sale. But then, as I was checking out, their website recommended another item that caught my eye, so I added it to my cart. When my package arrived, I realized that the extra item was actually the same as the one I bought before, just with a different picture and a higher price. I felt like the company's AI tricked me with false advertising. I reached out to Customer Service and they were quick to respond, but only gave me a small credit for the price difference. I didn't want three of the same thing and felt like they scammed me with their different photo and AI. Watch out for this company's sneaky tactics.
Lash serum disappointment
I've been using this lash serum from the company for a whole month now, twice a day, and I gotta say, I haven't really noticed any changes in my lashes. I'm gonna keep using it though, hoping that it just needs more time to work its magic. But honestly, I'm not impressed at all right now. I've tried other lash serums before and they've shown better results in less time.
