Two necklaces purchase
I just bought two necklaces and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how great they are and the service I got. The necklaces showed up earlier than I expected and were packed really nicely. The packaging was super detailed, with awesome gift bags and boxes that made getting my order even more special. When I opened them up, the sterling silver necklaces were beautifully made and in perfect shape. They were even better than I thought they'd be, and I'm so happy with what I got. I'm really impressed with how ethical and high-quality this brand is, and for sure, I'll be coming back to shop again.
I was a rep before and still buy for myself
I LOVE Silpada! I was a rep many years ago and loved it! Now I still buy from the site and continue to build my collection. I don't think I will ever stop buying Silpada!
Baguette touch ring
This ring looks NOTHING as pictured. The Sterling silver band is hollow and flimsy. The setting and stone are microscopic. It just looks like a silver band.
And BTW when you are not satisfied with your purchase YOU have to pay pay for the return shipping. Even though there is no mention of that anywhere on their site, it just says FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Never buying from them again.twisted cross on chain necklace
I am a long time customer of Silpada. I've hosted parties and I have purchased at parties. I had remembered that at one of my parties
there was a twisted cross that I liked. So, I ordered the only one that I saw on the product display. Well, when it arrived it was much smaller than I remembered it being. Okay, I will give you grace and say that perhaps I remembered wrong. However, the chain it was on was very dark as though it was horribly tarnished or a piece of "something" that certainly was not silver! If it was silver it was a cheap looking piece of junk! I am SHOCKED that Silpada would sell a chain like this. I decided to keep the small version cross but cut the chain off with cutters (because it was not possible to slip it out of the loop on the cross) I tossed the chain in the garbage.
Needless to say I am completely disgusted with the quality and according to what I received can't help but think that the quality has gone downhill.
