Hunter Lift table purchase
We bought the Hunter Lift table from this company at a store recently. Unfortunately, when we got it, we saw scratches on the sides because it wasn't packaged well. We contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, but they weren't helpful and didn't have the parts we needed. We tried to fix the problem, but they only offered a small refund that didn't cover the damage to the table. The table got scratched easily from regular use, even though we were careful with it. Our whole experience was disappointing and left us unhappy with both the product and the service we got.
Redmond TV cabinet
Top piece of the cabinet was cracked. First was told they’d send a new one. Then was told it would take awhile. Then was asked if I’d rather get a $45 refund or wait months for the replacement piece and I replied that I’d wait. Then was told they wouldn’t be making the replacement piece. After months of going back and forth they refunded me $45, even though I requested more. Do NOT trust this company.
