    Simply Earth: Average Essential Oils Provider

    I've been using Simply Earth for a few months now and overall, I'm pretty happy with their products. They offer a wide variety of essential oils and other aromatherapy items, such as diffusers and roll-on bottles.

    One thing I appreciate about Simply Earth is that they have a monthly subscription box, which is a great way to try out new products and experiment with different blends. The box always includes a few full-size bottles of essential oils, as well as recipes and other goodies. The cost of the box is also quite reasonable.

    The quality of the oils seems to be good. I've used them in diffusers, as well as for DIY skincare and cleaning products, and they all smell great and seem to be pure.

    I do wish that the website was a bit more user-friendly. It's not always easy to find what you're looking for, and the search function could be improved. But overall, I'm happy with my experience with Simply Earth and will continue to use them in the future.

    May box subscription

    I just signed up for the monthly box in May and I gotta say, I'm loving it. The stuff they send is top-notch and the recipes are super handy. I've tried other services like this in the past, but this one really stands out. It's different from the rest, in a good way. Plus, the price is totally reasonable, so I don't feel like I'm spending a fortune on essential oils. The one time I messed up and forgot to use a discount code on Memorial Day, I contacted customer service and they were quick to help me out. They even gave me a $20 gift card for my next order. It's nice to see a company that cares about its customers and fixes things when something goes wrong. SimplyEarth has definitely earned my loyalty.

    I signed up for this awesome subscription box that comes with all sorts of oils and other cool stuff every month, and let me tell you, it's been amazing! I also decided to give their Essential Oil Hero Course a try, and it was surprisingly easy to follow. The print outs were really useful, and the training videos were top-notch. Katie did a great job teaching all kinds of good stuff! And get this - when I had an issue and shot them an email, they got back to me right away and took care of it. I'm totally satisfied with this company!

    Subscription cancellation and concerns

    My experience as a customer at this company hasn't been great. They mean well, but there are definitely areas that need some serious improvement. One big issue I noticed was how they put together their "recipes", especially with essential oils and water not mixing right. For example, trying to make a DIY hand sanitizer with Aloe and Tea Tree isn't safe because Aloe is water-based and doesn't mix well with essential oils. This is just one problem I saw with their recipes. I also found it concerning that they didn't provide info on the different types of essential oils, which is important for choosing the right oil for a blend. I tried emailing them multiple times about this, but never got a response. I also asked for reports on the oils I bought, but only got automated replies that didn't really help. And to top it off, even after trying to unsubscribe multiple times, I kept getting bombarded with emails from them, which was super annoying.

    I ordered some essential oils and a diffuser online, but it never showed up. I tried calling and emailing the company multiple times, but they never got back to me. It was frustrating dealing with their lack of response and poor customer service. In the end, I had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge since I couldn't get anywhere with the company themselves.
