2 sets of twin XL
First off Customer service was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had, I almost feel like I made a friend as well, if anyone is in question if these sheets are worth the money, you WILL be pleasantly surprised, I've purchased many sheets in my time that would raise a brow in price, I can honestly say for the price you can't go wrong with these sheets. I even came back for a second set, & with my special discount I received I will be buying more, VERY nice Product..& packaged with care... This is a note for Mindy, I hope is the correct spelling My appoligze's if its not, Thank you so much for the special gift you where absolutely lovely to talk to & do business with, Thank you, Petra. ;)
Quilt and shams
The quilt is my all time favorite bedding item that I own. It even continues to get softer and nicer with every wash. I get so excited to take it out of the dryer and sleep with it at night! Wish I have bought this quilt sooner. Also, their customer care team is so friendly and nice. I had to make a change to my order (i accidentally placed the wrong size) and they bent over backwards to swap out the correct size and even followed up with me a few days later to ensure I did receive the correct size. I love that they are a small family business. Highly recommend simply organic bamboo!!!
In love!
Completely in love with all of Simply Organic Bamboo products. I own everything they sell. They are unparalleled in terms of softness, quality, and comfort. I have literally recommended them to all of my friends and family.
Sheets, duvet cover, comforter
Absolutely the best bedding - silky soft and so comfortable. And like the other reviewers mentioned, their customer service is impeccable. I spoke with Mandy and she was wonderful. Highly recommend this company!
Sheets for my son
OMG, I ordered these sheets for my son and they were way too silky for him! I tried to return them because they had a clear return policy, but it's been a total nightmare. I opened the packaging of one pillow, touched it, and put it back in the packaging all nice and neat, but they won't let me return them. I've been emailing them back and forth, but they keep stalling and asking weird questions. Just let me return them already! I even threatened to leave bad reviews if they didn't give me instructions, but still nothing. So frustrating!
Duvet Cover
I was given the wrong duvet cover size. When I reached out to see if i could exchange it, i was told i would have to buy another one and THEN they would send me the return label. I did and they have completely gone radio silent. Scam
Sheets & throw blanket
We received these sheets as a gift and loved them so much we immediately purchased another set. We also have their throw blanket and it’s so soft and cozy. Wonderful quality!
