    Now things are almost in control and switched to some regular shopping First purchase made.here and shipped two candles Skandinavisk Hygge shoppe Aromatic scents of black sea a very different type fragrance all around Nice and attractive look Heavy costing for two but I am sure I will have to back here again for same products Great products by quality and good company by service factor

    Recent watch purchase

    I wanted to talk about the negative feedback I got from my recent online purchase. Even though I was worried about the service, the product quality, and the delivery, I actually ended up having a pretty good experience. The watch I bought was even better than I thought it would be. It got here really fast, especially considering I ordered it in December. But I ran into a problem with the bracelet being too big. The website didn't say anything about needing a jeweler to remove links. And the instruction manual that came with the watch didn't help me figure out how to adjust the bracelet size for the specific model I got.

    Watch from a jewelry store

    I bought this watch from a jewelry store not too long ago and man, let me tell ya, it's been a real letdown. It crapped out on me after only a few months and no matter how many times I tried to get it fixed, it just wouldn't stay working. I'm tellin' ya, this whole situation has got me feeling super annoyed and disappointed with the watch and the brand in general. So, I'm done with it now and on the hunt for something more reliable.

    I recently bought a watch from this company's website and man, was I let down. When I opened the package, it was pretty obvious right away that the watch wasn't in mint condition like they said. There was no plastic wrapping and the watch strap looked worn out, making me think it was probably used or a display model from some other brand. It was such a bummer because this brand is all about quality and authenticity. This whole thing has been super frustrating and inconvenient for me as a customer, now I have to deal with returning the watch and talking to customer service to fix this mess. Overall, I'm really disappointed and this whole experience didn't live up to what I was expecting.

    Broken watch

    I ordered this watch, right, and when I got it, it was actually broken. Can you believe that? So I contacted them on October 19th and they were all like, "Just buy a new battery, show us the receipt, and we'll refund you." So I went ahead and did that, but now they're totally ignoring me and I still haven't gotten my money back. It's frustrating, feels like I'm talking to no one!

    Faulty charging mechanism

    This watch is just a total mess. The way it charges is supposed to be some fancy magnetic thing with rings on the bottom, but it's all poorly put together. The rings end up melting because of body heat, causing bad connections, overheating, and then the watch won't charge at all. Save your money and skip this flawed product.

    Misleading advertising

    Hey, just a heads up about buying stuff from this company - you might wanna think twice. They'll show you stuff for sale, but when it comes down to actually getting it to you, they can't seem to make it happen. Their warehouse and actual stores don't seem to talk to each other very well, and that leads to a lot of annoyed and let-down customers. It's pretty crazy that in this day and age, they can't even keep track of what they have in stock. Seems like they're not investing enough, especially in their customer service - which honestly feels like it's not even there. So if y'all are thinking about buying from them, do yourself a favor and check out the reviews first. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

    Unpaid Refund Fiasco

    Let me tell you about the nightmare I had dealing with this company. I returned my purchase and then patiently waited for my refund like any regular customer. But to my surprise, I had to chase them for 20 days just to get a bunch of excuses. Can you believe it? I had to take matters into my own hands and dispute the charge on my credit card and report them to trading standards because they couldn't handle a simple refund. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, it's not worth the headache.

    Glass repair service

    I had a really bad experience with a glass repair service I used back in September 2019. I needed to get some repair work done so I paid for it and sent in my item as instructed. I used the labels they provided but then didn't hear anything back. I tried contacting them multiple times, but it wasn't until November that I finally got my watch back. Not only was it not fixed, but it wasn't working at all. It's almost the end of January 2020 now, and this problem still hasn't been taken care of. I've tried emailing but haven't gotten a response from anyone in charge. I'm super disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation.

    Titanium watch battery failure

    I got a titanium watch and the battery died after only a few months. Fossil Group said they would replace it for free, but the return process was a pain and expensive. Why don't they make it easy like Amazon? It's frustrating and not worth it. I wouldn't suggest buying directly from them in the future.

    Skagen Connect watch

    My Skagen Connect watch crapped out on me during my vacation and wouldn't sync up with my phone. It was a major headache, so once I got back, I reached out to Customer Service UK three different times. They kept promising to send me a link to sort it out, but I never received a thing. I've got other Skagen watches that are awesome, but if you run into a tricky situation, don't count on Customer Service for any help.

    Skagen watch repair experience

    My experience with the Skagen watch repair service has been really frustrating. I've had to send in my watch for repairs three times over the past 5 years. They even replaced the movement once, but it failed again after only 15 months. At first, the Skagen rep said they'd fix it for free or give me a new one. But that offer got taken back once they got the watch back in for repairs. They claimed they couldn't fix it because it had been more than 6 months since the last repair.
