I got these sneakers like 3 months ago and guess what? They already got a rip in the side stitching. I contacted customer service and they actually got back to me pretty quick, in like 3 days. I sent some pics and they were super nice enough to send me a gift voucher to get new sneakers. I've read some other reviews about the sneakers being not so great quality, which has me worried. But gotta give props to customer service for handling it so fast. Hoping my next pair lasts longer!
Sneakers
I bought some sneakers from this store not too long ago, and man, I gotta tell you, I'm pretty upset. Just after a few weeks of wearing them, the rubber sole on one of the shoes started coming off at the front! It totally messed up the whole shoe. This is just not cool. It really shows how low-quality and poorly made these shoes are. I was expecting a lot more from a company known for selling comfy and long-lasting footwear.
Slip ons and shoes
The woman working at the store was so helpful and friendly! She helped me find the shoes I was looking for and quickly brought them to the counter. It would be great if everyone who worked there was as amazing as her! Thanks a bunch, mystery lady!
Slip-on shoes
I got these slip-on shoes, and man, the heel totally fell apart after just 6 months of wearing them. I shelled out 90 bucks for them, so I was hoping they'd hold up better. But they're low quality for sure, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Unworn shoes return
I brought back some shoes that I never wore along with the receipts, but instead of getting my money back, they gave me a voucher that I could only use online. So, I went to a store and found the same shoes, but they wouldn't take my voucher and said I needed a different code from the main office. The shoes aren't the most stylish, but they're comfy for me since I've had some leg surgeries. When I reached out to the folks at the main office, they were really unhelpful and wouldn't budge on letting me use the voucher in-store for the shoes I actually wanted. All in all, I was pretty let down by the whole experience.
Brown leather boots
I bought these brown leather boots from the store and man, oh man, was I let down by the quality. After just 5 months, the laces started giving out on me, which shouldn't happen with the amount of money I dropped on these. So, I shot customer service an email, and they hit me back asking for all kinds of info like the ID inside the boot and extra numbers, plus pics of both boots from every angle, even the soles. That seemed a little over the top for such a simple problem, you know? It really rubbed me the wrong way and made me think twice about their customer service and warranties.
Walking shoes with poor durability
I bought a pair of walking shoes from this store about a year back. After just a couple months of using them lightly, the rubber on the sole started peeling off. I contacted customer service with pictures, but the response I got wasn't very helpful. And now, after a few more months, the insoles are already worn through at the heels. These shoes are comfy, but they definitely don't hold up well.
Steel toe cap trainers
I bought these steel toe cap sneakers for work about 3 months ago and I’ve been wearing them like 4 days a week. But now I’m running into this problem with the material inside the heels where it’s splitting and the stuffing is coming out. I’m kind of bummed about it because these shoes were not cheap, ya know?
Pair of boots
I recently bought some boots from this company and man, I gotta tell you, I was super let down by the quality. I mean, after just three months of wearing them like a normal person, the sole of the boot straight up started peeling off at the front. It's clear these boots ain't meant to last, and I was totally surprised by how quickly they fell apart. And to add insult to injury, when I tried to get some help from customer service, they straight up ignored the problem. Like, seriously? Even with hardly any wear on the soles, they didn't wanna admit their product was junk. This whole lack of responsibility is not cool at all and now I'm feeling pissed off and disappointed with what I bought.
Slip-on golf shoes
I went to a store at Rushden Lakes because I was looking to buy some slip-on golf shoes. But man, what a nightmare it turned out to be. It took me a whole 40 minutes to get there, then finding parking was a hassle, only to find out they didn't even have the shoes I wanted. I was so let down. Total waste of my time. Ended up finding them for way cheaper at a different store.
Safety shoes purchase
I got these safety shoes thinking they'd be amazing, but man was I off base! They're killing my feet, like walking on sharp needles all day. Can't believe I wasted my money on them. I've been sitting more to try and help, but no luck. Now I'm standing more at work and it's just getting worse. I contacted the company for help, but all they said was the sizing was off. Seriously, what am I supposed to do with that? Definitely not buying their shoes again.
Waterproof walking shoes
I bought these waterproof walking shoes, thinking they'd be good for rainy weather. But after just two short walks in the rain, these shoes started falling apart. Water was getting in through the splits on both sides, and the fabric was tearing. I was really disappointed with the quality, especially from a well-known brand. I wouldn't suggest these shoes to anyone wanting something long-lasting.
Men’s Marter lace casual shoes
I recently bought a pair of Men's Marter lace casual shoes, but they turned out to be really low-quality. I only wore them for a couple of hours each day, and within four months, they started falling apart. The soles on both shoes came off, and the thin outer layer started peeling. I couldn't see any stitching or glue holding the soles on, and the inside foam material would soak up water like a sponge. I'm currently trying to get a refund or exchange from the store because I believe the quality of these shoes is not worth the price. I'm super disappointed with this whole situation and definitely won't be buying or recommending these shoes again.
Skechers GO Walk Flex Grand Entry
These shoes are terrible! I bought the Skechers GO Walk Flex Grand Entry and I've been kicking myself ever since. Wore them to work and ended up with extensor tendinitis in both feet from the unadjustable elastic fronts. So painful! Ended up having to cut the elastic just to get some relief. Really unhappy with this purchase.
