I recently bought something on Skinstore and was bummed out to see that the 20% off deal didn't get applied to my order like it was supposed to. I followed all the directions and thought the discount would show up automatically, but it didn't show up in the final price. It was really annoying because I was counting on saving some cash on my purchase. I contacted customer service for help, but fixing the problem took a lot of time and was a hassle. I did eventually get the discount, but the whole ordeal made me pretty unhappy with how ordering works on Skinstore.
Great products, reasonable prices
I just bought some stuff from Skinstore and let me tell you, I was really impressed with what they had to offer. I just bought some skincare stuff from Skinstore and it was a pretty good experience overall. My order got to me real quick and everything was just like they said it would be on the website. Discount code issue
Belinda was so helpful when I had trouble with a discount code while I was trying to buy something. The code I had didn't work for the item I wanted, but Belinda was able to go ahead and apply the discount for me manually so I still got the savings I was looking for. Her customer service was top-notch and I was really happy with the help she gave me.
Online purchase skincare products
I thought that website had way too many ads all over the place, it was really hard for me to find my way around. I kept getting bugged with messages telling me to keep going and put in my info, which got annoying cause I had to keep going back to find what I was looking for. Being 83 years old, I just couldn't figure out how to buy something on there easily cause the layout and how it worked were just too complicated for me.
Personalized necklace, ordered 35cm, received 71cm.
It's so annoying when you're eagerly waiting for a special gift, only to open it up and find out it's the wrong size. I got a personalized necklace for my niece's birthday and made sure to request the right size - 35cm. But when it finally showed up after 2 months, it was a whopping 71cm long! That size wasn't even on their sizing chart, so I was pretty let down. I went with this site because my niece really wanted this necklace, and they took PayPal which seemed safe. But now, I'm not so sure I'd recommend them to anyone else. I got in touch with customer service to see if they could fix things, so we'll see how they handle it.

I always manage to find what I'm looking for on Skinstore, and they ship it to me lightning fast! I never stress about running low on my skincare must-haves. EltaMD products
I found some great deals on EltaMD products. The website was easy to use and checkout was a breeze. But I was a bit let down by the limited selection. They didn't have any sunscreen for eyelids or sunscreen in a jar.
Expensive shipping fees
My last order came really fast, which was great. But this time, the shipping fees took a big bite out of my savings, so I basically ended up paying the full price. I'm crossing my fingers that the product is worth it.
