Sleep tracking device purchase
The sleep tracking device is actually pretty cool because it tracks all kinds of sleep stuff and shows you a graph of your night on the phone app. You wear it on your finger while you sleep, and it's lightweight and hardly noticeable. At first, it was a little annoying to sleep with, but I think you'd get used to it eventually. It gives way more data than other sleep monitors I've tried, but I can't really say how accurate it is.
Go2sleep and M2
I just got these two sleep tracking gadgets from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how they're working. Both the Go2sleep and M2 have gone above and beyond what I was expecting, accurately tracking my sleep patterns. They're super user-friendly and give me some really useful insights into the quality of my sleep.
Mattress purchase
I had such a great experience with the customer service team at this company. They were really on the ball and took care of all my concerns right away. Plus, the product showed up without a hitch and right on time. All in all, I'd say my experience with this company was top-notch.
Sleep tracker purchase, 90 euro
I bought a sleep tracker from this company about a few months back for 90 euros. I've been trying to get updates on my order but after a few reminders, they finally sent me a tracking link. The link took me to some shady shipping company with an address in another country. I've been reaching out to customer service through email, but they haven't really given me any answers or solutions. They keep saying they're looking into it but nothing has come of it yet. It definitely feels like I've been ripped off.
Online order
I ordered something online, but it never showed up. I tried hitting up customer service, but all I got was a bot email that sent me to a useless tracking link. It's super irritating and totally not cool. I'm definitely not buying from this company ever again.
Anti-snoring device
The anti-snoring device I bought was such a waste of money! It didn't fit right at all, and they didn't even mention that on the product page. And to top it off, they only wanted to give me half my money back for something that cost a pretty penny. I don't have any crazy mouth or teeth issues, and it still didn't do a darn thing. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
Sleep device
I got this sleep device and man, it was a real letdown. It definitely didn't do what I needed it to, and trying to return it was a nightmare. I emailed and called the company several times, but got no answer. When I finally did get someone on the phone to ask about returning it, all I got was a busy signal. Their customer service is seriously lacking, and it seems pretty sketchy to me.
Faulty sleep tracker
I had the worst experience with the sleep tracker I got from this company. The info it gives is just all wrong, especially when you compare it to other good brands out there. The app is a mess too, full of bugs that make it a pain to use and sync with the device. The flight mode doesn't even work right, and the rubber tip keeps coming off while you're sleeping, messing up the data. And don't even get me started on the customer service - so disappointing, with their generic responses and not getting back to people. This product is just a cheap copy of real sleep trackers, not worth the money at all. You're better off finding something more reliable.
Mattress purchase
The mattress I bought was supposed to be made in the USA, but turns out it was actually made in China. I felt deceived and ripped off. On top of that, the customer service was terrible and they never followed up with me, making me wish I never bought from them in the first place. All in all, a pretty bad experience because of all these issues.
Sleep tracker purchase with Bluetooth issue
This company is a total scam, I swear. I bought this sleep tracker for $119 and, in less than a month, the Bluetooth crapped out on me. I tried to get some help from their customer service, which was a total nightmare. After exchanging nine emails, getting a bunch of useless responses, and being asked to send a video of the problem, they offered me a "partial refund" instead of fixing or replacing the dang thing. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company!
Smart ring purchase
I bought a smart ring from this company, but I wasn't happy with it. I reached out to customer service within the allowed return period, but they wouldn't let me return the ring. Their inflexibility and lack of good customer service really disappointed me. I suggest being cautious before buying anything from them. Maybe consider checking out other options like Fitbit instead.
Customer service experience
My recent experience with this company was really frustrating. I had a problem with my order and tried to get help, but I couldn't find a phone number and my emails were ignored. It felt like I was talking to a machine, like there were no actual people working there. The poor customer service made me doubt if the company was legit and left me feeling annoyed and let down.

I bought this smart ring from a company and man, it was a total bummer. The ring I got was a dud - the battery died super quickly, like wouldn't even last through the night. So, I tried hitting up customer service for some help, but got radio silence. Since I wasn't getting anywhere, I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge.
My order never arrived
I ordered something from that store forever ago, but it never showed up at my door. I've been emailing them for help, but all they keep saying is sorry and promising to fix it. But then they disappeared for months. Now they're telling me I have to send back something I never even received just to get a refund? Sounds pretty shady if you ask me.
