This is a friendly Shop During surfing for furniture last time I impressed by their lighting products but couldn't buy that time due to limited budget

So, I ordered this coffee table and side table, you know? I was really looking forward to them coming. But then, I only got the side table delivered! What a disappointment! FedEx said they dropped off both, but I definitely didn't see the coffee table. Ugh, such a hassle! Thankfully, when I reached out to the store, they were really nice and helpful. They opened up a support ticket and sent me a new coffee table in no time! Abbie and Katie were amazing, honestly.
Chair purchase
I was at this furniture store trying to buy a chair, and let me tell you, the salespeople there were just so rude and inconsiderate. It was so frustrating because instead of helping me out themselves, they kept passing me off to different people. All I wanted to know was about the fabric on this chair, but this lady named Brooke was incredibly mean about it. Like, come on, never treat customers like that!
Table purchase
I just bought a table from Smart Furniture because they said it was in stock and would arrive quickly. Turns out, that was a bunch of baloney. After waiting a whole week, they told me the table was no longer available and now I have to jump through hoops to get my $1000 back. Super annoying and disappointing since I trusted them. Don't bother with this company, they can't seem to tell the truth and take your money without giving you what you paid for. I'm irritated because the table I wanted is still for sale on other websites, even though Smart Furniture said they weren't making it anymore.
Furniture
Every piece of furniture I ordered arrived totally damaged, which was not cool at all, seriously. And to top it off, when I tried to leave a review, they didn't even post it! How unfair is that?
Herman Miller Eames Soft Pad Executive desk chair
I just bought a desk chair from this company and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. They said on their website that it would work for both hard floors and carpet, but when it arrived, it was obvious that it didn't. I talked to several customer service reps and they all just gave me the runaround and basically blamed me for not understanding their description. They didn't have any good solutions, just said to use it on hard floors or get a thicker carpet protector. It's pretty obvious that they don't really care about making customers happy.
