    SmartWool socks

    I bought some SmartWool socks not too long ago and for the most part, I think they're pretty good quality. But, I ran into a problem with one pair where the toe got a hole after only a few times wearing them. I reached out to customer service to see about getting a replacement under the warranty, but they told me they don't cover damages from normal wear and tear. This was a letdown because the website said they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for two years. That left me feeling a little disappointed and now I'm thinking twice about buying from them in the future. I ended up switching over to a different brand called "Darn Tough" because they offer a lifetime guarantee on their products.

    Good collections for everyone of family. I found better for me Merino sports sleeve crew of Merino warm very good apparel and poly combination best for cold days.Great black and white designs ,few Beanies ,pattern crew shocks and color blocks sweaters.Prices are OK not so good as good I expected.
    These are not wool but great for season.Delivery part is very worried issues these days ,made it to me five days later if booking where normally always I receive couriers second or third day latest.

    I gotta tell ya, I am absolutely obsessed with these running and winter socks I got from this company. They have seriously changed the game for me and my active lifestyle. The running socks, combined with my favorite shoes, have really helped with my shin splints, allowing me to run longer and way more comfortably. And let me tell you, these are hands down the most comfortable socks I've ever put on. The winter socks are also a total game-changer. While I still gotta double up on socks in super cold weather because my circulation sucks, these socks keep me warm and snug in milder conditions. Overall, I am beyond happy with how awesome these socks are performing.

    SmartWool Merino products

    I was kinda iffy about buying this stuff since there were a lot of bad reviews, but I thought, why not just try it out. So I went ahead and placed my order. It showed up at my door in about a week, which I think is pretty decent considering everything going on. The SmartWool Merino gear I got was top-notch, and even though it's a little pricey, it's totally worth it. I'd definitely buy from them again without thinking twice.

The customer service rep blamed the post office, but then they promised to try a new delivery method. Turns out, they just used the post office again! Ugh, why can't they mix it up a bit? I just want my stuff already!

    I was pretty bummed about my last order of wool socks from that company's website. The site was a mess to get through and just didn't work right. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were totally unprofessional and not helpful at all. It's just so annoying to get this kind of bad service from a company that's supposed to be all about quality products.

    Return policy frustrations

    I really wish I had checked out the reviews about their return process before buying. The customer service was just terrible. I had to pay to ship the item back internationally, and then they shortchanged me on my refund. Also, the product itself was not very good quality and the packaging was all beat up. I even had to sign up for an account just to leave this review.

    I just went through the whole return process with this online store, and man, their customer service is seriously lacking. It's been three months and I still haven't gotten my refund for the item I sent back, even though they acknowledged receiving it. I've tried reaching out to their support team multiple times, but it's like talking to a brick wall - no response at all. It's obvious they're not planning on sticking to their return policy. Dealing with this has been a real headache, and I'd advise anyone else to be careful with this company's shady business practices.

    Product dissatisfaction, slow shipping

    I recently bought something with really high hopes, but man oh man, was I let down. The shipping took way longer than they said it would, plus there was barely any communication during the whole thing. On top of all that, the quality of what I got was nowhere near what I was expecting. I'm definitely not gonna buy anything else from this company.

    I bought some wool socks from this company and ended up getting a damaged pair that looked like someone else had worn them already. So, I called customer service and they said they didn't have any more in my size or style. They told me I could either fix the socks myself with a small discount or cut them in half and send pictures for a full refund. I was really disappointed and annoyed with how inflexible and unhelpful they were. The whole return process was a pain and not customer-friendly at all.

    Returned socks, under refund, Easy Returns policy, poor customer service.

    I bought some stuff online not too long ago, but it didn't fit right so I had to send it back. When I got my money back, it was way less than what I originally paid. Even though they claim to have an Easy Returns policy, I only got a small portion of what I spent. What's really annoying is that they told me through email that I'd get the whole amount back, but that didn't happen. Their lack of honesty in how they handle refunds is really disappointing.

    I bought some kids' clothes online but they were the wrong size. I sent them back but it's been 3 months and still no refund. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to get my money back. Really frustrated with the terrible customer service and lack of care for customer satisfaction.

    Order, return, customer service, reimbursement

    My recent experience with the company was pretty disappointing. I bought something, but ended up having to return it. Turns out, I had to pay for the return shipping myself, which was a bummer. I sent the item back, tracked it all the way to Italy, but it never got picked up from the post office. I reached out to customer service for weeks, and they couldn't figure out what happened. It seems like they totally lost my return, and I never got my money back like they promised. The products they have are nice, but I'd suggest buying from a different store that guarantees returns.
