Why one should cook foods in Cast Iron cookware
I can tell you because my kitchens maximum cookware is of cast iron cookware.
Smithey company is just seeling a world class cookware ,also selling good health and natural resources.
When we make food in these cookware,acidic contents like sauces , tomatoes, vinegars,lemon or even wine, these acidic elements pull iron out from these pans and provide a good natural support.
Very few stores are available who are selling these cookware .Almost last four years i am using these utensils but these are still in good condition. I understand at least one such item shoukd be in every kitchen.
