Outdoor curtains
I recently bought a set of outdoor curtains for my patio from this company, and I have to say, I'm really happy with my choice. I got 15 panels, but ran into a little issue with a few of them. No worries though, when I contacted customer service, they were super quick to help me out and sent me replacement panels right away. These curtains really live up to their promises - they keep the sun, wind, and water out. People have been giving me tons of compliments on how nice they look, and they've really spruced up my outdoor area. Especially with all the social distancing and COVID-19 stuff going on, these curtains were perfect for our outdoor Thanksgiving gathering and have let us enjoy our patio more often. Whether we're eating outside, watching TV, or just chilling, the curtains give us a cozy and comfy vibe. And when it gets chilly, they help keep the heat in and the cold wind out. I'm truly happy with my purchase and definitely recommend these outdoor curtains to anyone wanting to upgrade their outdoor space.
Outdoor privacy curtains
Forget about peeping toms and nosy neighbors, these outdoor privacy curtains from SNOWCITY are a game-changer! My niece got a set for her patio first, and when I saw how great they looked and worked, I knew I had to have one too. Our 6 ft privacy fence didn't quite cut it because of the yard's slope, but these curtains did the trick perfectly. They added a touch of class to our outdoor space. Recently, we built a cabana around our hot tub to make it more private and relaxing, and these curtains were the perfect final touch. They're heavy enough to block street lights, soft to the touch, and sturdy - plus, they look absolutely stunning when the breeze catches them just right. I'm thrilled with my purchase and the quality of these curtains. I'll definitely share some pictures once I add a few more panels to make them even fuller around the hot tub.
Outdoor curtains
I live in an apartment complex full of little goblins people call children. They like to run up and down the sidewalk for no discernible reason yelling at the top of their lungs while their parents watch on in mild amusement drinking wine on their patio. Lovely family time, I guess. So, naturally, I put these on every window I could. And now my evenings are much quiter, without sacrificing the look of my apartment. They’re easy to pull back during the day when the goblins are away and easy to cover when they emerge in the evenings. So I can just cover my windows and put on a movie and it’s like they’re not even there! These block out a lot of light and sound from the neighborhood and match my decor nicely. I put sheer white curtains over these to create a softer look in the bedroom and it’s gorgeous! Saves my sanity and creates a nice atmosphere.
Outdoor blackout/ water resistant curtains
As someone who shops online a lot, I gotta say, I was really impressed with these outdoor curtains I ordered. They're not only top-notch quality, but they're also super waterproof and have held up well in all kinds of weather. I hung them up back in December, and here we are in March, and they still look fantastic. I can definitely say these curtains went above and beyond what I expected, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Outdoor Curtains
These outdoor curtains are amazing! They have different sizes and come in beautiful colors. I got some that are waterproof, mold-proof, and have the same color on both sides. It's awesome not to have an ugly side. These curtains have been my best purchase of the year, no doubt about it. The fabric is light but tough, ideal for adding privacy and keeping my patio cool. You should definitely take a look at them!

I recently decided to put some curtains up on my porch and thought I'd give this company a shot. Let me tell you, the curtains I got are top-notch. They're high-quality, gorgeous, and exactly as described. Plus, they didn't break the bank, which is always a win in my book. I went with the waterproof top and bottom grommet curtains and hung them outside the railing to keep them steady when it's windy. A few of them did end up fading from the sun, but I expected that with the color I picked and the southern exposure. Blackout curtains purchase
I recently bought blackout curtains and I am super excited about them. The cream color of the curtains really changed the whole patio vibe. They not only look awesome, but they also keep my patio cooler and cozier during the hot summer days. Now that it's getting colder, I can warm up the patio with a small space heater thanks to how well insulated the curtains are. I had some odd sizes, but Mia and the measurement instructions were really helpful in getting it just right. The curtains turned out to be even better than I expected in terms of value and quality, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Outdoor double grommet curtains
The outdoor double grommet curtains really made our pergola in Portland, Oregon look amazing. At first, we got the wrong size, but the company fixed it super fast and only charged us the price difference. The customer service through chat was fantastic, they were all about making us happy. These curtains are waterproof and keep the light out pretty well, but they're kinda light so they move in the wind. We had to add some weights or tie them down with the grommets on the bottom. All in all, it was a good experience and we're really pleased with what we got.

I got some curtains and pillow cases from this place and they're really cool! I like that I could choose from different colors and customize the sizes. The shipping was crazy fast and the quality is great. Definitely worth every penny!
custom outdoor curtains
I just bought some custom outdoor curtains from this place and let me tell you, they are amazing! We screened in our deck and needed something to give us more privacy and block out the sun and snow, and these curtains totally did the trick. Ordering was easy and they arrived quickly. The colors are just beautiful and we've gotten tons of compliments on them. I would definitely suggest these curtains to anyone looking for a similar fix. timely delivery, minor issue resolved
I recently ordered from SnowCity and my package arrived right on time, but unfortunately, one item was the wrong size. I reached out to their customer service and they quickly fixed the issue. The quality of the product I received is top-notch and it seems like it will hold up well over time. Fingers crossed that I won't encounter any more problems with it.
Curtains
Curtains faded within a month. I requested a refund and was convinced to try a replacement. I have been promised replacement curtains for 60 days. I have not received and not getting a response for my refund request.
brown 100x108 curtain
Can't seem to get a hold of anyone from this business!!!! I ordered a curtain and it has so far taken 3 weeks and I still have not received my curtain. I have called and I have e-mailed and NO RESPONSE! Who runs a business like this? I have a FEDEX tracking number that says they have NOT received the package and that it is pending.
I will not order from them again, terrible business when you can't reach anyone and they do not respond.

The curtains have many flaws in them. I took pictures and attempted to telephone. 'Wendy' was not available. I emailed and never heard back. Since it took a week longer to receive them then I was told it would, this whole experience was not good.

We placed a $2800 order for

We only received partial 22 to be exact. They told us that Fedex had the rest at the local terminal (We called fedex numerous times and they said they didnt have them)
SNOW CITY gave us the run around and never refunded of sent the remaining curtains.
They will stop communicating with you after time has expired to file a credit card fraud claim.

I love the curtains, they are of good quality for a very fair price. The initial delivery took a little longer than expected but with Covid-19 I can understand. I had a few curtains without the bottom loops I contacted support in an email. Support got back to me super fast. Support was awesome sent me the correct curtains very fast. Good communication and good attitude. I would definitely recommend and would buy from again.
I ordered double grommet curtains for a porch remodel project. After spending four week ends rebuilding the walls and screen enclosures on the porch I open the oversize big damaged box from snowcity only to find that they are just top grommet. This leaves me with all extra rods and a porch built for curtain dimensions useless. Be aware when ordering from snowcity thru Amazon.
