Ski jacket purchase
I had a great experience ordering my ski jacket from SnowInn. Their website was super easy to use, and I found the exact jacket I wanted without any issues. The updates on my order were really helpful and accurate, up until it was handed off to the shipping company. The delivery service they used was quick, but they seriously lacked in keeping me updated on where my package was. A better tracking system and a clearer delivery timeline would have been much appreciated.
Even with that hiccup, the delivery date SnowInn gave me was right on the money, so I was still able to plan ahead. Overall, I was happy with how easy it was to order from them, but they definitely need to work on the delivery part.PETZL Nao RL Headlight Black One Size
Oh my gosh, my purchase from SnowInn was amazing! I bought this awesome headlight for when I go running at night and it was incredibly simple. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and let me know when it would arrive. When it finally got here, I was so pumped and it ended up exceeding my expectations! It's been a game changer for my night runs. I'm thrilled with my headlight and the entire shopping experience at SnowInn. I definitely suggest them to everyone!
Ski equipment
I bought some new ski gear from this online store not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a great experience. The website was super easy to use and had a ton of stuff to pick from. Checking out was a breeze, no issues at all. My order came pretty quickly and was packaged up nicely. And the quality of the ski gear itself? Amazing. And the best part? It was all for a really good price. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my winter sports gear from now on.
Winter gear purchases
I was honestly really impressed with my recent purchase of winter gear from this online store. They had a ton of stuff to choose from, and my order showed up super quickly. I've had bad experiences in the past with online shopping taking forever to arrive, but this time, my stuff got here fast and was well-packaged. I was really happy with how fast they got it to me, and it's definitely made me want to shop with them again down the line.
Ski Pants
The company is not to be trusted . I placed an order on 2nd December which they have lost and have not refunded. I cannot find any way of making contact - the chat facility is offline and no one answers the phone.
Ski gear purchase at SnowInn
I was super surprised by how much money I saved compared to buying in the UK! They kept me in the loop every step of the way, from processing my order to shipping it out. The tracking info was on point, and my stuff showed up right on time. I don't get why some people left bad reviews because my experience was totally smooth. This is my third time shopping here, and I've never been let down.

Do NOT under any circumstances use this company.
I ordered a product which said it would ship in a week and it ended up arriving three weeks later.
I then opened the box to find the product had no tags attached and looked like it had been used...then realised it was actually the wrong products.
After a lengthy discussion over several emails they offered to refund me the cost of the product but not the original shipping so I am out of pocket for their mistake or $200 of the $560 I spent if I keep the product. I just want a refund OR the actual product that I paid for is that so much to ask? They also take forever to communicate with you besides telling you the appropriate department will get back to you.
This company is a joke and should be ashamed at how they conduct business.
I ended up using snowcountry.eu instead who shipped within a week, were cheaper and had excellent customer service when I asked questions.
