Cleats for various playing surfaces
I was looking for some cleats that I could use on different kinds of fields, and Soccer had just what I was looking for. Their website was super easy to use, and I had no trouble finding cleats that would work for indoor, artificial grass, hard grass, and wet grass. The sizes were spot on, and I ended up finding a pair that fit me perfectly. The prices were fair, and I liked that they had a bunch of options depending on the kind of field you play on. Overall, I had a really good time shopping there and would definitely tell others to check out Soccer if they need some quality cleats.
New soccer shoes
I got these awesome new soccer shoes, but they fell apart real quick after a few practices. It was such a bummer cause they were my favs, but when I tried to take 'em back to the store, they wouldn't do anything. I was so sad until I found soccer.com! They were really cool and even gave me my money back for the busted shoes. I ended up getting a new pair that's even better and I'm totally in love with 'em. Soccer.com's customer service is top-notch!
Kids soccer gear
I really love shopping for my kids' soccer gear at this place. It's got everything I need in one spot, and the prices are way better than those big stores that charge you an arm and a leg. The shipping is quick too, none of that waiting around for weeks like some online stores. They ship things out fast, and returns are easy peasy. Plus, the customer service is amazing. I definitely recommend this place for all your soccer needs.
Order correction, excellent customer service
This place really knows how to treat their customers right! I made a mistake with my shipping address on a recent order and started freaking out. But thankfully, I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone right away who helped me out no problem. Big thanks to Michael for sorting everything out and making sure my order was going to the correct address. Their customer service is top-notch, no doubt about it.
New Cleats
I really enjoy shopping at this store because I can get all my soccer gear in one spot. I've been a member for some time now, and it's super convenient to find exactly what I'm looking for with just a few clicks. Soccer is seriously the greatest sport ever!
Soccer clothing
Customer service representatives are rude and snarky. They ship their orders several weeks after the order was placed, and they won't refund you for any reason. Save your money and go anywhere else.
I placed my order in July and paid for 2-day shipping. $113 for two shirts, one pair of socks, and one pair of shorts. Shirts and socks took 7 weeks to arrive (got them September 1st) and the shorts are "in transit". We're more than half way through the season.
When my order was already 5 weeks out, I reached out and tried to cancel my order since I paid for items to be used this season, not for less than half a season- they're basically worthless. The email responses I received were terrible customer service, useless boilerplate language, and passive aggressive and unprofessional snark.
They basically said that I should have been aware they are contracted to customize orders, so they are all nonrefundable. It is unreasonable to assume customers are aware of a company's various contracts. It is also unreasonable and unprofessional to throw that in their face when they want a refund for items that are for a specific season that is already almost over, especially when that order was placed nearly two months prior.
They have zero incentive to ship orders on time since as soon as the order is placed they have your money, a policy that prevents returns under all circumstances, and the gall to ship it essentially whenever they like, regardless of when the order was placed.Jerseys for Daughters Soccer
I originally thought that the prices were a little high but after I made a mistake on the sizes, they are accepting the incorrect sizes back as an exchange for the correct sizes and even upgraded my shipping to overnight so that my daughter has them in time for her tournament this weekend. Thank you soccer.com!!!!!

Would never order from this website again. Have had multiple problems after placing order. Never notified that my order gets canceled. Can’t use card with a different shipping address (as a bday gift).
Currex CleatPro Insole
Insoles they claim to have in stock and are ready to ship are, in fact, not on hand. When I contacted customer service 12 hours after placing the order, they indicated they could not cancel it because it was about to be placed on a truck. When I informed the CSR that this was not possible, it was being placed on a truck since my order-status indicated it would not ship for another 8 days. She said, "I never said it was on a truck, and I still cannot cancel the order."
Stay away from this store if you cannot wait a month or more to receive your products. And if you urgently need anything but uniforms, there are more reliable online merchants.team kit
No one wants to pay addition $$$ for shipping after spending $400! WORST EVER! Then they tell me that ground would have taken longer and average about 15 business days to arrive! BS! I've had hundreds of things shipped via ground FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS and it always gets here in about 5 business days!

Although my daughter is convinced that this isn't a legit website, I did order her new shoes that I was unable to find anywhere else. They were terribly expensive, at least $25 over any other website we searched but since they were the only ones with the shoes she wanted in her size, we had to get them. Also, because I ordered online, I can't say anything about 'service'. Delivery took longer than expected but I'm sure that's FedEx's fault.
Negative. FedEx delivers when they receive the item. This was Soccer.coms fault. Look at all their reviews. The same theme in every review.
