Body cream
I just have to say, I am absolutely in love with this body cream! Someone gave me a little tester as a gift, and as soon as I tried it, I was hooked. The texture is just fantastic, the scent is so lovely, and my skin feels incredibly soft and moisturized after using it. I couldn't resist treating myself to a full-size container of the cream, and let me tell you, it was totally worth it. Right now, I'm using the 'Bon Dia' fragrance, and it's like a little piece of heaven. I'm almost scared to try out any other scents because I know I'll probably fall for those too! This cream truly does wonders for my complexion, giving it a fresh and clean look. People have even been complimenting me on how radiant my skin appears. It's safe to say that this body cream has become my new favorite, and I'll definitely be buying it again and again.
Various beauty products
These products are so good! The scents are just amazing and they really last a long time. Sometimes the shipping takes a little while, but I've been surprised to get some of my orders sooner than expected. It's nice that you can also find some of the products at Sephora if you're not feeling patient. And yeah, the prices are a bit high, wish the lotions had more product for the cost. But the bigger sprays are more worth it. In general, the products do what they say they will - I'm really loving the new hair oil, leaves my hair feeling so soft and looking so shiny.
Lip balm, bum bum cream, perfume, mini body wash
I was so happy when my order arrived sooner than I thought it would. Let me tell you, the smell of these products is just incredible! I got myself a lip balm, bum bum cream, perfume, and a mini body wash, and I can't get enough of them. The lip balm is super hydrating and smells so good, the bum bum cream makes my skin feel so soft and healthy, the perfume lingers all day with a lovely scent, and the mini body wash suds up nicely and leaves me feeling so clean. I definitely recommend treating yourself to these products if you want to pamper yourself a little bit.
Perfume, lip balm, After Hours scent
As someone who uses this brand, I gotta say I am totally happy with the perfume and lip balm I bought recently. The perfume smells so good and lasts a long time, I just can't get enough of it! And the lip balm is super hydrating and nourishing for my lips. The new After Hours scent is a total game-changer - it's absolutely amazing and I can't stop using it. I really think this brand has won me over with their top-notch products that do wonders.
Eczema and sensitive skin
I was kinda unsure about giving this product a shot at first, especially with my eczema and super sensitive skin. But man, let me tell ya, this stuff is like a miracle in a bottle! It works like a dream and I haven't had any problems with irritation or breakouts. I don't get why some folks would leave negative reviews, 'cause for me, it's been a total game-changer.
Online order mishap
I just had a really annoying online shopping experience where the customer service was pretty much useless. I tried to contact them a bunch of times, but I could only communicate with them through email, no phone number for help. They sent my package to the wrong address, and when I asked about it, they just said I should have updated my info. Like, hello, how can I do that if you don't give me a way to talk to you directly? The customer service team was just so unresponsive and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake. I was left feeling really let down and frustrated. Hopefully, I never have to deal with that again.
Acne-fighting body wash and deodorant
The acne-fighting body wash and deodorant from this place really did wonders for me. The body wash not only helped clear up my acne, but the deodorant kept me smelling great all day. I would totally recommend these products to anyone in need of effective skincare solutions.
Bumbum cream Brazilian body spray shampoo conditioner
All I can say is amazing smells so good not sticky the smell did I Mention that please I buy so much so I don’t ever run out although I do think prices are a bit high but worth it
3-day shipping package
I ordered a package with 3-day shipping like a month ago. So, the China post tracking says it was delivered on the 6th, but I never got it. I've been trying to reach customer service, but it's been a struggle. This whole thing has been a huge letdown. Not being able to talk to anyone about it or get it fixed has really bummed me out.
Body cream
When I bought the body cream from this company, I was really looking forward to giving it a whirl. But when my order never showed up, I decided to reach out to their customer service. They wanted me to double-check my address and admitted they messed up the order. Despite all that, I never got a replacement or my money back. The fact that they dropped the ball on following through and keeping me in the loop was a major letdown. I'm pretty bummed that I ended up spending my hard-earned cash and time on a product I never even got to test out.
Skincare products
I bought some skincare products from this company not too long ago, but I have to admit I was kind of let down. Everything was fine with my first purchase, but when I tried to use a discount on my next order, things got complicated. I did exactly what they told me to do in a text, but the discount didn't come through like it was supposed to. And then to add insult to injury, when I used Shoppay to pay for everything, they charged me the full amount instead of the discounted price. It was pretty frustrating and honestly left me feeling pretty disappointed in their customer service.
Perfume set
I just bought a perfume set from this company, but when it arrived, one of the bottles had leaked during shipping. It was a bummer to see that a good chunk of the perfume was gone because of the leak. I tried reaching out to the company via email a few times to try and fix the problem, but unfortunately, they never got back to me. It's really frustrating and disappointing to not get any help, especially when I was really looking forward to trying out the product.
Perfume purchase
I recently bought some perfumes from this place and let me tell you, they smelled amazing at first. But then things went downhill fast. Turns out they were charging my card without permission, and when I tried to get in touch by email to stop it, I got no response. Now I have way more perfume than I need, and the last batch I got smelled like straight alcohol, not even close to the originals. It's a total scam! The lack of customer service and the drop in product quality has me feeling ripped off and totally let down. I won't be spending any more cash at that place, that's for sure.
Lip balm and body lotion
I swear, I can't even reach Sol customer service. I don't get how they're still running because they never respond to emails. I've tried reaching out at least 5 times and heard crickets. Those two reps they have must be robots because they are MIA. Honestly, I've had more luck with sketchy Chinese stores, at least they actually reply!
Missing shampoo and conditioner
Man, the customer service at this company is straight up terrible. I bought some stuff from them - shampoo, conditioner, the works. But when my package finally shows up, guess what? No shampoo, no conditioner. So I'm trying to get a hold of them, sending emails, trying to chat, all of that. But man, no one is getting back to me. I've sent like 7 emails and tried chatting 6 times. Nada. It's so dang annoying when you're just trying to get some help and no one is listening. I used their Bum Bum cream before, liked it, but this whole experience has me swearing off buying anything else from them. Total bummer.
Bum bum coco and shimmer item missing
I ordered several items. One item was missing and I have sent numerous emails but no response. Will not purchase from them again.
Lots of products
Positive: Love the products this company offers, I won't lie, but...
Negative: they have a rewards program that I've been trying to access my points from now for WEEKS! No response from either their Chat feature or emails to customer service. So, for me, the poor service and broken promises are enough to make me find a better product.
