Solawave device
I have been using Solawave for about a month now. I find it very relaxing and stimulating for my skin. I am 68, and have sun damage and wrinkles. I honestly can see some positive changes in the tone and general health of my facial skin as well as my neck. I had a small issue with my original wand.....totally my fault, and the company responded by sending me a new wand, and were very understanding. This company is legit....do not hesitate to order. They back up their product 100%, and I can highly recommend the Solawave wand.

Other than forcing me to sit and enjoy the relaxing feeling of the Sola wave wand for the past three weeks, it did absolutely nothing to change ... appearance. Just got my order together to mail back as instructed....return service instructions were quick and easy. A return label was also provided for printing regarding free return shipping. Glad I tried it, but for the money and results, I was disappointed.
Rose color plus serum
I bought this based on the 30 day warranty. After 2 weeks I decided to return the item. I am just not the kind of person to use this on a regular basis. I went online and emailed the company as suggested...no response. Emailed again a few days later...no response. Filled out a form I found on their website...no response. My 30 days is coming to an end SOON. Not a happy customer!!!

obsessed with this thing. arrived SAME DAY for free shipping (never experienced that before except for amazon prime now) - applied the serum, followed the tutorial, started seeing results in 3 or 4 days. customer service texted me a few times to make sure I was happy with it, I finally wrote them back and got a few questions answered. really happy with this purchase.

Wand
My wand stopped working after a week. I called and emailed and have gotten zero response. During the time that it worked I did notice a difference, but if I’m paying $150 for a gadget I expect it to work for longer than a week. I’d like to return it and am concerned that I won’t get a response until the 30 day return window is closed. Really bad customer service. I don’t recommend this company. Should have bought through Amazon because their return policy is much quicker and easier.
In addition, I purchased with the buy one get one free offer thinking I’d gift the other one to a friend, but only got the one. Again, no response regarding that. Very poor customer relations in my opinion.Solawave Wand with blue light therapy
I bought a Solawave wand for my daughter's birthday and I can't believe how much its helped her acne.. I didn't know what to expect but I am thrilled and so is she!!! Also we received the product same day and the customer service were super friendly when I texted them a question
Sola Wave
After many complaints to Sola Wave's customer support, they sent me a new Sola Wave Wand. It works as it should. The previous unit was defective because it would not take a charge anymore. I only used it 3 times before it stop working. Thank you Sola Wave for your support. Now I have the chance to try out the wand to my face.

love the color of the wand! I originally ordered 2 by accident and the company customer service was super friendly and let me easily return one. i'm noticing a signficant improvement in my skin in only 4 days which really exceeds all expectations I ever had. fast shipping too! SolaWave Wand
I love this mighty tool. my forehead lines are diminishing and my cheeks and lips look plumper. battery lasts a while for me, I am getting at least a week and a half of daily use out of this. Also great customer service , I asked them to rush order me more serum since I ran out and they went above and beyond!!

Solawave wand and serum
Ordered a kit after my GF was raving about the product. I received mine in 2 days (free shipping) and can’t put this thing down. It feels so good. My husband keeps telling me I look younger- I am thrilled. Also great customer service.
