Tightening skin, red light, blue serum, hyularonic acid serum
I've been using this product for a year now and let me tell you, it's absolutely amazing! Right off the bat, I noticed my skin looking firmer and it just keeps getting better by the day. The red light quality is top-notch and really makes a difference. Plus, the blue serum that comes with it is so perfect, and now I've started using their hyularonic acid serum too, which is just incredible. As a cosmetologist and makeup artist here in LA, I know my skincare products, and let me tell you, this one is the real deal. My friend who's a medical esthetician gave me the recommendation for SolaWave, and I can't stop raving about it. Worth every penny and then some, trust me. And can we talk about the customer service? Absolutely out of this world!
Skin tightening wand and serum
I recently bought this skin tightening wand with serum from this company, and I've been using it for about a month now. It's not a magic wand or anything, but I have noticed some improvements in tightening my skin and reducing fine lines. Unfortunately, after about a year and a half, the wand stopped working, which was a bummer because I was hoping it would last longer. But, I decided to get a new wand, and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. The new version seems to have a stronger red light, and I really like that it has an on/off button now, which the old one didn't have. So far, the new wand is doing a good job for me.
Facial rejuvenation device
As a 65-year-old who's all about taking care of my skin and staying up to date with the latest tech, I decided to try out this facial rejuvenation gadget. Gotta say, I was kinda doubtful at first with all the claims customers and the brand were making. But after using it for a little while, I can definitely see a big improvement in the fine lines and wrinkles on my face. It's pretty cool how such a simple device can really change up my skin's look and feel. I'm not quite ready to give it a perfect score just yet, but I'm optimistic about the future results as I keep on using it.
Recent purchase exceeded expectations
I just bought this handheld thing to help my skin look better and honestly, I'm pretty shocked by how good the results are already. New wand, upgraded version
I found my old wand and it was pretty cool, but I decided to give the new one a shot and pass the old one along to my mom. I'm really excited to try it out and see if it's even better!

The beauty gadget I bought totally blew my mind with how well it works and how convenient it is. I've tried out all sorts of beauty gadgets over the years, but none of them have impressed me as much as this one. It's small, but it does a killer job at getting results. I even stopped using some of my other beauty treatments because this gadget does it all. I'm super happy with my purchase. And on top of that, the customer service was top-notch. The team was super helpful, really knew their stuff, and did everything they could to make sure I was happy.
Solawave Wand Purchase
I got the Solawave wand a while back, but I didn't really get much use out of it because of some health and life stuff going on. When I finally tried to use it again, I ran into some issues. I contacted customer service and Teresa helped me out. She was super helpful and went the extra mile to fix things for me. Unlike a lot of customer service these days, Teresa even followed up with me to make sure everything was good. I'm really grateful for her outstanding help and the fact that Solawave still has a customer service line where you can actually talk to a real person.
Solawave device
I have been using Solawave for about a month now. I find it very relaxing and stimulating for my skin. I am 68, and have sun damage and wrinkles. I honestly can see some positive changes in the tone and general health of my facial skin as well as my neck. I had a small issue with my original wand.....totally my fault, and the company responded by sending me a new wand, and were very understanding. This company is legit....do not hesitate to order. They back up their product 100%, and I can highly recommend the Solawave wand.
Self care skin care product
I've been using this skincare product for a little over a month now, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how well it's been working for me. I find the device super easy to use and now it's a crucial part of my self-care routine. The customer service was amazing, especially with Khaye who was quick to answer all my questions and help me out. Plus, adding the serum has taken my whole experience with this product to the next level, making it even more effective and enjoyable to use.

The customer service rep Nicole at SolaWave totally blew me away with how awesome she was. She knew everything about their products and took the time to break it all down for me. We ended up chatting about skincare, and she suggested this product I had never even heard of. It's now my go-to favorite! Her knowledge and insights really won me over and convinced me to buy something. SolaWave is great, but Nicole's top-notch customer service truly sealed the deal for me.
Haircare Device Purchase
I just bought a haircare tool from this company and let me tell you, it was a great experience. The customer service was amazing. When my package got sent to the wrong place, they jumped right on it and kept me updated the whole time until it was finally delivered to me. I was really impressed by how much they cared about making sure I was happy. And on top of that, the product itself was even better than I expected! I can't wait to keep using it for my hair routine.
Skincare wand purchase
I've been using this skincare wand for a couple of weeks and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. My skin is looking amazing - it's brighter, smoother, and even those pesky fine lines are starting to disappear. I wish I had taken some before and after pics to show you the real difference. This wand is seriously impressive and has definitely become a must-have in my skincare regimen.
New device
The gadget I got wasn't working right, so I called their customer service. They were really helpful and agreed to send me a newer and better model without making me return the old one. I'm still waiting for the new one, but fingers crossed it does the job.
LOVE Solawave wand
OMG, I got this Solawave wand and let me tell you, it's seriously the best thing ever! I've been using it every night and it's so relaxing. And the crazy thing is, I think it's actually making my skin look better and feel smoother. It's a breeze to use and really gentle on my skin, which is amazing because my skin can be pretty sensitive.
Solowave wand purchase
I bought this cool wand from a store, but it broke after just a few months. The store wouldn't take it back because it had been over 60 days, so I contacted the company who made it. I showed them my receipt and they sent me a new wand right away. Their customer service was awesome and I was really surprised at how fast they fixed the problem. It's nice to see a company that actually cares about their customers.

When I had an issue with my Solawave wand, which was a gift, I called Customer Service and talked to Mary. She was super nice and really knew her stuff. Mary said they had a replacement available and took care of everything for me. It was honestly the smoothest return process I've ever been through. I was really impressed with how she handled everything.
Purchased facial cleansing brush
I've had a pretty good experience with this company. The folks there really know their stuff and always answer questions quickly and nicely. The products they sell are top-notch and reasonably priced. Their website is super easy to use and find what you need. Shipping times have been good too. All in all, I would definitely suggest this company to others. Only downside is that some items are a bit pricey.
Replacement for malfunctioning product
The new Solawave product I got has really become a crucial part of my daily routine. I got nervous when it started acting weird, thinking it might stop working altogether. But when I contacted customer service, they were quick to respond with tips to fix it. They ended up telling me to return it and promised to send me a new one. Their awesome support and service have made me a loyal fan of the Solawave brand, and I'll stick with them forever.
Wand
My wand stopped working after a week. I called and emailed and have gotten zero response. During the time that it worked I did notice a difference, but if I’m paying $150 for a gadget I expect it to work for longer than a week. I’d like to return it and am concerned that I won’t get a response until the 30 day return window is closed. Really bad customer service. I don’t recommend this company. Should have bought through Amazon because their return policy is much quicker and easier.
In addition, I purchased with the buy one get one free offer thinking I’d gift the other one to a friend, but only got the one. Again, no response regarding that. Very poor customer relations in my opinion.
