Purchased Carry On Closet for spouse
I recently bought a Carry On Closet for my spouse and I've got to say, I'm really happy with how good it is. But, after a few trips, a crack showed up on the luggage shell. I got in touch with customer service through their website and gave them all the info they needed. In just a few minutes, they asked for pictures of the damage. I sent the photos, and they told me a new Carry On Closet would be on its way. In less than an hour, the problem was fixed, and I got the replacement. I'm seriously impressed by how quick and helpful the customer service is at this company. The Carry On Closet itself is a super practical and well-designed piece of luggage that has been awesome on our travels. Overall, I'm really happy with both the product and the company.
Carry-On Luggage Purchase
I absolutely love my new carry-on luggage! The clasp lock design is so handy and secure, and the smooth wheels make getting through the airport super easy. The case itself feels really strong and reliable, I can tell it's going to last me a while. I've tried other carry-ons before, but now I never pick anything else. I did run into a couple of problems with my luggage, like a closet issue and a cracked part, but the customer service team was so helpful in fixing these problems. They got back to me quickly and made sure everything was taken care of to my liking. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the great service I got.
Carry on closet, medium, and large check-in bags
I really love my suitcases from this company! I got my first carry on closet more than 2 years ago, and recently got the medium and large check-in bags too. The "closet" packing system is super cool and keeps everything in order. It was so handy when I crashed at a friend's place and didn't even have to unpack. But after lots of trips, my older bag got a little crack from being mishandled by a flight attendant. I reached out to customer service about their lifetime warranty, and they were amazing! They swapped out my bag without any trouble. Awesome products and even better customer service.
Warranty replacement for cracked luggage
My luggage broke, and I was nervous about fixing or replacing it. But Solgaard made it super easy. I contacted them about a warranty replacement, and they took care of it quickly once they saw the damage. It was nice to see a company that stands by what they make and wants to make things right for their customers. Jocel, the customer service rep I dealt with, was great. She knew her stuff, paid attention, and made sure my problem was fixed to my liking. I was really impressed with the service I got from Solgaard and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good luggage.
Luggage purchase with exceptional customer service
When I bought a piece of luggage from this company, I really liked how it looked and worked. But then a piece of fabric ripped not long after I started using it. Even though the warranty had expired, I reached out to customer service and sent photos of the damage. They got back to me fast and said the luggage shouldn't have broken. In just 24 hours, they sent me a new piece of luggage for free. I was really amazed by how they stood by their product and made sure I was happy. I definitely suggest this company for their great customer service and awesome products.
Awesome backpack
Man, this backpack is awesome! I tore a strap by mistake, but they were really chill about it. They totally fixed it up for me, no problem. They were friendly, cool, and fixed it up real quick. I'm so pumped about this backpack, it's like my new favorite thing!
Replacement bag mechanism
I recently had some trouble with a lock on one of my bags, probably from it getting tossed around during travel. But when I contacted customer service, they really came through for me. Instead of just sending a new lock, they sent a whole new bag! I was super impressed by how much they care about making customers happy. The guy I talked to, Fred, was awesome. He made everything easy and quick. I never had to wait long for a reply to my emails either, which shows they're serious about fixing problems fast. Thanks to Fred and the team, I'm sticking with this brand for sure.
Backpack and Carry On purchase
The stuff from this company is really great. I snagged a backpack and a carry on, and I gotta admit, I'm lovin' 'em both. They're sharp, practical, and sturdy - everything I was lookin' for. That bein' said, I did hit a snag when the zipper on my backpack busted after just a few weeks. I got in touch with customer service, and they jumped right on it, offerin' me a fix or a new one without any fuss. The customer service folks were kind and got me sorted out quickly. All in all, I'm happy with my buys and the help I got.
Suitcase purchase
I just bought a suitcase from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The design is cool and it works well, plus it's a great addition to my travel stuff. But I did have a small problem with the closet part of the suitcase. Luckily, I was able to chat with customer service and they fixed it right away. Gotta give props to their customer service, they were awesome and I really appreciate how fast they helped me out.
New set of luggage cracked
My new luggage set was a real bummer when I found cracks in the supposedly uncrackable hard shell on both pieces. Thankfully, Solgaard hooked me up with replacements right away. It seems like my set and color were just a fluke, so I'm excited to get my new pieces and start traveling again. I really dig the colors, design, roomy interior, and secure snap closures - can't wait to use these for a long time!
Suitcase purchase
I scored this awesome suitcase for my Italy trip, and it was working great until it took a spill and got cracked. But the customer service team hooked me up with a new one super quick! So stoked!
New phone case replacement
The customer service team at this company is awesome! They really go above and beyond for their customers. I had a broken phone case and they replaced it without any issues, sticking to the warranty. You don't find this kind of service often these days, and it's great to see. I'm definitely a fan now and will be back for more products in the future.
Correcting shipping address
It was 22am on a Monday morning when I got confirmation that the shipping address had been fixed. I felt so relieved and thankful for their fast and helpful customer service.
Carry-on Closet purchase
Even though the side strap broke after only three days of using my Carry-on Closet, I still have to give it five stars. I mean, things happen, you know? Luckily, customer service was super quick in responding to my email and they offered to send me a replacement. I travel a lot for work, so this product has really come in handy. And I have to give a shoutout to Jay from customer service, he was awesome. Thanks!
Solgaard suitcase Carry On Closet Large
Sleezy company and customer service. I would score lower if I could. Received a defective suitcase. Inquired through the support, was told I would receive a full refund written via email. A week after they received the item they finally processed only a partial refund. I have been trying to reach them to resolve the issue for days, and I’m getting unhelpful replies from different members of the support team, all dishonorably not following through with the full refund as they stated they would do.They do not honor their own words, nor do they represent their products truthfully. They effectively stole my money. Do not trust what you read on their website. And don’t trust customer service to resolve any issues.
Carryon
Very very disappointed in this product. Bought it in October but didn’t use it until this week. And just found out that you had to make returns within 60 days so therefore I cannot return it. It was very user unfriendly. Could only pack on one side we could barely fit anything into it. The suitcase was heavy empty and even heavier packed I would not recommend this to anyone. It was a very very pricey mistake. Beware of this company and this product
Carryon
Very very disappointed in this product. I bought the carry-on in October but didn’t use it until this week. Now I find out you only have 60 days to return. I’m 77 years old the suitcase itself empty is very heavy packed it’s extremely heavy. If you pack any T-shirts and shorts then maybe you can have enough for a few days. I packed sweaters which did not fit I couldn’t use other side once the shelves were packed. Packed suitcase was very very heavy.. It was a very high price to pay for a product I will never use again
Checked Closet Suitcase
Bought a travel suitcase from Solgaard. Arrived, and went to open it, annnnnd
1. The 90-degree strap that is needed for the system to work and for the case to stay standing immediately broke. The rivet mechanism being used needed to be unriveted to get it fixed. I don't have the tools, nor did I want to spend the time to fix something that was brand new.
2. The closet system being advertised in the suitcase that I bought isn't the one that came with it. They advertise that you can unclip and detach the top from the bottom section, lies. it's all stitched together.
Contacted customer support right way. Sent them very detailed photos and description of the issue. Got one reply from them saying that they would send me a replacement strap. I replied back, with what needed to happen. Never heard back. It has been 2 months.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. For the price of the luggage, it isn't worth it. have used it twice and the closet system is already starting to fail and rip.
Wish that I could leave a real review on their website or get ahold of someone higher to see if they are going to stand behind their warranty.Solgaard Travel Check Luggage Bag
