Excellent products
Ray Ban RB Rectangle glass my first purchase and probably last I would like to clear seller all products what is available here are branded either Ray Ban or Gucci This is not about this product These are well tested since decades Wherever I picked always best of its class and purpose
What is problem then ? Problem is your those people who are specifically assigned to help customers are not either that much capable or don't have manner to deal with customer For your information I have dozens of Ray Ban glasses from various online companies but I never face disappointment as here Please take care of your people and update them.Sunglasses
I got me some new sunglasses from your store and gotta say, the customer service was amazing. The folks there were super friendly, knew their stuff, and really helped me find the right pair. But man, the condition of the sunglasses was another story. When I got my package, there was zero protection for the glasses. No box, no bubble wrap, nothing. And to top it off, there were makeup stains on the nose pads! It was obvious that the quality control and packaging process was seriously lacking.
Celine sunglasses adjustment
My recent trip to the new Houston Galleria location to fix my Celine sunglasses was a letdown. When I walked in, I saw two employees just chilling in chairs, not really interested in helping anyone. I asked for an adjustment, but one guy said he couldn't do it. I was shocked by how unprofessional they were and how they didn't seem to care about helping customers. So, I decided to go to LensCrafters instead, where I got quick and friendly service. They really need to step up their game at the new Houston Galleria location and hire people who actually want to work and help customers. This bad experience has definitely made me not want to go back to that store.
Ordered sunglasses
I was so pumped to finally get those new sunglasses, but man, they never showed up! I kept checking the mail, but no luck. I tried hitting up customer service, but no response. All I want is my refund!
