Recent clothing purchases
I recently bought a bunch of dresses and tops from this online store, and let me tell ya, I was super happy about the whole thing. The stuff I got was really nice quality, looked great, and felt good to wear. They had a good mix of dressy and casual stuff, which was perfect for me and my different style needs. The dress I got for a day event was just right, and I got so many compliments all day long. I loved the attention to detail and style in their clothes. The website was super easy to use, too. I really like this brand. On May 26, 2020, I contacted the customer service staff by email. They were very friendly and told me that they can customize their clothes. The materials used are linen or cotton. They are very healthy. During the chat, I sent my favorite orchid pictures to them and hoped they could design a costume for me.
Fortunately, just yesterday, I received clothing from them, everything is worth waiting for, I like it very much, I will continue to buy.Received my order yesterday after waiting about 4 weeks. To my disappointment, 3 out of 4 did not fit because the sizes are much smaller than indicated on their website. The dress is not made of linen or cotton but a very flimsy synthetic fiber which I am not able to wear. Items are not labeled with size or fiber content. I will not make another purchase from them.

I ordered two dresses at their house on June 5, 2020.
I received the package on June 26th. The skirt is made of 100% synthetic fiber. It is light, breathable and pleasant.
And coupons are attached to the package. very satisfied!After waiting many weeks i received three items today, a sweater, a blouse and a dress...NONE are Natural linen as advertised. they are of a rubbery synthetic polyester type fabric which i cannot identify.The print on the blouse is like fused rubber like on a cheap tshirt. I am so so disappointed as I was looking forward to really enjoying what appeared in the web page to be of quality and what i would love. Care instuctions on items say dry clean, do not iron and 100% cotton Needless to say I will not be ordering from Soolinen again !

I bought a solid color dress here,the dress is of good quality, the fabric is similar to flax. Maybe he is. Lace replace with leather or belt and will be just fire! Fit in size.

Dress made of light pleasant fabric, excellent home dress,the fabric seems to be 100% cotton, and it responds well to dyeing. This is how I deal with the black cutout dress.

This site has wonderful style and designs, The shirt I bought is NOT made from linen, it's made from cheap, scratchy, shiny polyester. This is infuriating. I'd love to buy clothes from them that were as advertised.

I wish I would done more research before ordering. The clothes look beautiful on the screen but not at all what I got. The quality is not consistent with the price either. Please don't buy, save your money.

I usually check reviews before buying in a new (first time) website this time I didn’t, so if you want to save headaches asking for refund because they sent. You wrong sizes, colors and totally different styles as the website shows, well let me tell y’all they will answer with kind of offensive “solutions” because that and nothing is just the same.
They don’t honor what they offer in the website (pictures) they won’t refund your money, only will receive silly and repetitive excusas to don’t give you what you paid.
I have proof of the emails with them, I have screen shot of the purchase I made, they just look like literally either SPAM OR FRAUD.
1. The order was totally different what I asked for.
2. The customer services more that horrible
3. Pricing is high for the quality ( is China quality)
4 Delivery took more that one month

Ultimately I like the dress. BUT: Ordered a beige and received light grey. Style ... picture was a midi length and knee length delivered. Finally, 9-18 business day delivery listed, but delivery took months. As Soolinen is a foreign company, I probably would not risk ordering from them again.
I ordered 7 items with subtotal $299.00.
I've ordered my items on December 10th, 2022. Today is February 26, 2023, and I still didn't receive everything. My first email of many was send 1,5 months after order because I didn't have anything at this time. All clothes I received, except one, was too small and too short. They sent me the next portion of my order only after my next angry email. Another way, nothing happened. I was asking them just to return my money, but they are suggesting me be patient (!), don't worry and believe that my satisfaction is their goal! Their packages have a size of a medium sandwich bag where they smash pieces of clothes, no list of sending items, no prices, no sequins numbers, no bag and label for returning the items back, etc., - nothing! Clothe doesn't have any labels with size, components of fabric, information about taking care of item, like any clothe has and must to have. So, when I emailed them that items are too small, they asked me to send them a measuring of the items. Could you imagine that kind of service?! Soolinen doesn't seem to me like a real company at all according to my terrible experience with them! Prices are very high, but who knows what quality is fabric? You don't know. They don't tell you. Maybe this is some cheap clothe from another store? I repeat again: they use my money for almost three months already, and I still don't have everything or my money back. What I have are wrong sized items and my time, spending for writing letters to their customer service. I didn't experience anything as bad as this in my life!

Don't buy from them. Like many said here! Poor fabric quality, not like what is shown on their website (very different indeed), and refuse to refund! Final word...Stay away

Ordering was easy enough but the positive experience ended there. I ordered before Thanksgiving didnt receive merchandise until around Dec 20. And! Didnt receive everything I ordered. Impossible to contact the company to find out what happened to the rest of my order.

worst online order experience. item not matching the picture and paid $30 to return on my own for $60 skirt, and seller didn't clear from costume and now it's returned back to me.
