Parka Jacket purchase
I just got a new parka jacket from this brand and let me tell you, I am really impressed. The jacket fits like a glove, it's sturdy, and gives me great grip. I think they nailed the perfect balance between practicality and weight. I really like how simple the company's style is compared to other brands. The mix of traditional and modern elements gives off a cool and authentic vibe that I dig. I've never had any issues with missing orders, and every time I've contacted the company it's been a good experience. I specifically went for this brand for my latest purchase because their stuff checked all the boxes for me.

Any heel height less then ten cm is great and that is with Addington sandal Such a good company but hardly fine to give importance of anyone ,great leather quality ,suitable for foot , rubber sole gives nice grip during watery surface soft and designed well

I buy shoes often from this website and I have to say they are really great. Pretty much all I wear now is this brand because the shoes are just top-notch. Plus, their customer service is top-notch too - super quick delivery and easy, free returns. I'm a big fan.
Boots and sandals
I had a pretty bad experience with my order at that store recently. I had to return three packages, but only got refunded for two. Even though I could track the returned items, I still haven't gotten the missing refund. It's frustrating, especially because I've had good experiences with this brand before.
Returned package due to delivery issues
I had the worst experience with my online order from this company. I waited forever for it to show up, only to be told it was sent somewhere else. The customer service people said they were checking on it, but weeks went by with no progress. It was clear they weren't being upfront about where my package was, so I wasted a ton of time and energy trying to fix it.
Boot purchase
Don't bother dealing with this company, seriously. I ordered a pair of boots and they never arrived. When I reached out to customer service, they actually had the nerve to suggest that I didn't check my mailbox. Who in their right mind would try to cram boots in a mailbox? Then they had the audacity to say the package had been delivered according to their "records," and offered me a refund if I made another purchase. Can you believe that? Do they honestly think I'm that gullible? Spare yourself the trouble and steer clear of ordering from them.
