Recent purchase of a powerful bluetooth speaker
I recently splurged on this awesome bluetooth speaker and let me just say, it's seriously amazing. The battery life is killer, the design is sleek and modern, and the sound quality is just out of this world. And get this - it comes with two batteries, so now I can keep the tunes bumping all day without stressing about a dead battery. It's hard to believe a Bluetooth speaker can deliver such high-quality sound. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and I'm confident this speaker will stick around for a while. The customer service has been top-notch too. I ran into a small issue and they handled it quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated.
Multiple Soundboks purchases
I just got my third Soundboks speaker and I am totally hooked! They are perfect for our beach and boat hangouts in Hawaii. These speakers are tough as nails and the sound is unbeatable. I've never heard such strong sound from a portable speaker before. Plus, when I needed some help, I talked to Nicholas from customer service and he was fantastic. He fixed my issue in no time. I am beyond happy with my Soundboks speakers. Even though I already own two Soundboks 4 speakers, I can't wait for the S5 to come out!
Sound system purchase
I just bought a new sound system and was thrilled when they announced a promotion for a free bonus right after. I contacted them to ask how to get the bonus, and the customer service rep, Camille, was super nice and quick to give me a code for the freebie. I'm really impressed with how good the product is and how great the customer service was. The sound system is just as loud as they said it would be, and I'm really happy with my purchase.

Quick repair of portable speaker

Amazing speaker
This speaker is seriously amazing! It not only has great sound, but it also makes all my friends come together for some awesome hangouts. And the support team is super helpful. When I lost the battery while traveling, they sent me a new one in just a few days. Total legends!
Awesome speaker
My speaker totally broke at my backyard BBQ party, can you believe it? So I had to send it back to get it fixed. There was a little oopsie with the shipping, but the company made up for it by being so nice and easygoing. And when I finally got my fixed up speaker back, they hooked me up with a bunch of cool extras that totally made my day. I was feeling all warm and fuzzy inside! Huge shoutout to them, they really saved the day!
Repair Service Experience
I had a problem with my music system that was out of warranty after using it for almost 3 years. I had to ship it to Denmark for repairs. Dealing with customer service and sending the product back was surprisingly easy and stress-free. Everything went smoothly, and the issue was fixed for a reasonable price. I must say, the customer service from this company is top-notch.
Gen 3 speaker
I just got my hands on a Gen 3 speaker, but man, when I tried to use it, the battery was total junk. Luckily, the customer service rep I talked to was super helpful and got me a new battery in time for the weekend. Now that I've got it all sorted out, I'm loving the awesome sound and how easy it is to take my Gen 3 speaker with me wherever I go.
Battery replacement
My Soundboxs batteries crapped out on me, so I reached out to customer service. They were on it right away and offered to send me a new one since it was still under warranty. I gotta say, I'm really grateful for the top-notch service from Soundboxs! Good customer service like that is hard to come by nowadays.
Gen 4 speaker
I just bought a Gen 4 speaker online and didn't know about the free extra battery deal. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me quickly with a code to get the free battery on their website. Everything went smoothly, and I was grateful for the quick and helpful response from the company.
Portable speaker purchase
The customer service at this company is amazing. The team was super helpful, nice, and really focused on making sure the customer was happy. It was so nice to see a company that cares so much about giving great service. I'm really thankful for the awesome experience I had with them.
Sound system with defective spare battery
I recently bought a sound system from this company, and the spare battery that came with it was defective. Even though I hardly ever used the sound system, the spare battery suddenly stopped working and wouldn't charge. I contacted the company about it, but all they said was to buy a new battery, even though this one had never been used. It's really disappointing that such an expensive product could have such a big problem, especially only a few years after I got it. It seems like a lot of other customers are having the same issue with their batteries, and the way the company is handling it is not great. If this is how they treat customers who have products out of warranty, it's a huge warning sign for their customer service.
