    My experience with the water bottle delivery service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. There's been a serious lack of communication when it comes to delivery times, and the quality of the water itself is pretty poor. I ended up waiting around all day for the delivery without even a rough estimate of when it might arrive, and to top it off, the water tasted awful. I had to switch to more expensive glass bottles just to avoid it. And when I tried to cancel the service and get my bottle deposit refunded, that's when things got really bad. The customer service rep kept giving me conflicting info about the refund process. They said they sent out the refund check on a certain date, but then told me I needed to wait even longer before reporting it as lost. Overall, it left me feeling frustrated and wondering if this is just how they operate. I definitely wouldn't recommend this service if you don't want to waste your time and money.

    Nothing to write good about this company. Missed deliveries, still charge you for them. Won't return bottle deposits, even when you return them. To reach the customer service, allocate at least 45 minutes of your time.

    I'm going nuts here trying to find your new water delivery schedule for 77068. When I log in, there's no delivery info. as suggested there is and via the website, everything but. Please get someone to amend your website. This is frustrating as all get out.

    I was soooo happy with this company until they became involved with Primo, everything went downhill. I have been in Customer Service my whole working life and if I had to work for this company I would quit in a minute. Customer Service, when you can get through after 45 minute wait, is horrible. Your get a computer call telling you of your water delivery and it doesn't happen. Your get billed for water that was never delivered and it takes weeks that I don't have to spend, fighting with these people to get the bill corrected. I have never seen such a mess. I am looking for an alternative because I am done with these people. I guarantee that they are not going to even look at these reviews. They need to get new management in here to fix this.

    Customer service is awful. If you want to talk to a live person about an issue you will be on hold for an average of 35 min to an hour. If you have an issue, say your cooler stops working, and the rep tells you they can deliver a replacement on a particular day DONT BELIEVE THEM. They routinely change that date to one they prefer and they don't call you to tell you. The only way to find out is to call them and ask if the delivery is still scheduled?! That is the policy as described to me when I called. So if everything is good esrvice works but if you have any issue you are out of luck relying on them.

    Stay away from this company. You cannot cancel the account. I have spent about 5 hours over the last month trying to contact them to no avail. They slam you with more water than you order. They do not credit you with the bottle deposits they slam you with. This is a prehistory business in need of a class action suit!

    I have never called when there wasn't a ' heavy call volume. I have tried email and they will not return all emails.

    Just stay away from them and avoid the days of wasted time you will inevitably encounter.

    Do not use these people. They keep stealing money from my account. And never even received the cooler. I was a new customer and only received two bottles. I was told by rep no money would be deducted if using a credit card and that was a lie. 50$ came out and now 31$ without authorization. And it’s not even been but a week. Jokes on me! I’m freezing my card 1st thing in the morning. Problem is once i freeze it they can’t refund my money. Dammed if I do dammed if I don’t. Rip off! Can’t even sleep over this s**t! Its not even an option to be able to reach someone so they can fix it. The website gives contact #s but that’s a lie too. They want you to only use online Only. I’ve tried so hard canceling and that’s not even an option on the website. I’m dumbfounded and oh so terribly disgusted with them. I was really looking forward to having a cooler too. Not anymore, I just want my money back now. Zero stars.

    The only positive about this company is the first weeks. After that they never show up or even answer you. The line is always busy and they don’t email back. I cannot get into my account because of website errors and then they say I’m past due. When I try to pay, there is no one to help me so I can do that.

    Something has been wrong with their website for a couple of weeks. I believe they have been hacked. A lot of customers are having trouble getting them on the phone and deliveries have been virtually ceased. Some on auto-pay continue to be charged without receiving service.

    2 bottles, 2 weeks

    My boyfriend and I were excited when we saw the Sparkletts rep at Costco again. We thought we missed our opportunity when we didn't sign up the first time they were posted, so we jumped on it the next time. We received our initial delivery/set-up just fine. The machine, bottles, pricing -- everything was great. It was the perfect amount of water for two weeks. The next delivery was on time, but we did receive a little push back from the delivery guy. We live in a gated complex without an intercom system, so I made sure to include in the delivery instructions to call/text so either my boyfriend or I could come downstairs to let them in. The delivery driver asked for a key to our property, instead.

    Since then we have yet to receive a delivery. It's been eight -- EIGHT -- consecutive cancellations/no-shows with a polite excuse of "we're short on drivers". The customer service reps apologize, continue to reschedule our deliveries, send automated updates for day-of deliveries, but to no avail. Oh, and they increased our delivery from 2 bottles to 4, doubling our would-be monthly bill. Thankfully I caught that.

    Of course the billing is another issue. We had charges during the month of no-shows. Credits were eventually applied -- after all, what service was I paying for? After the eighth no-show, I requested my account be cancelled and of course no one answered the transferred call (after holding for 30 mins). I would consider cancelling online, but I want to ensure our account is wiped clean as I'm not paying one cent for something we didn't have access to. Crossing fingers we can cut ties amicably and put this experience behind us.

    For the record, I would NOT buy here again. I did not click that "NO" button before submitting my review and could not go back to edit.

    Delivery was skipped one week without reason at all. I have been trying to contact their customer service number and contact email to no avail.... so frustrating. I am canceling my account....

    3 of the 3 gallon water bottles

    Two of the last three deliveries did not bring out my 3 gallon bottles that I order EVERY TIME IN MY LAST 15 years with Sparkletts.. The delivery guy could care less. See you in 2 weeks was his answer. Not even I will try and get you one. Zip. Real service industry attitude!! The route manager said he would make sure I had some this week. Well, sir, Thanksgiving came and went. No 3 Gallon bottles. I’m actually surprised the manager failed to honor a promise. He was always a good delivery guy and I knew he would do well in the office. Very disappointed. I like your water. Service? I CANNOT COUNT ON SPARKLETTS. Wish I could. Maybe if your customers leave you will understand that Service Industry thing, which you guys have sometimes, other times not.

    I have been using the Sparketts water delivery service for many years without any issue. But this time, for no apparent reason, my delivery was behind for 1 week now. I contacted customer service everyday to follow-up and I am getting the same response - "They are 1 day behind". But it's already 7 days since my original scheduled delivery and I still don't get the water. Per the customer service advise, I sent an inquiry through www.water.com but nobody responded. I tried to reach out the local managers through customer service but no response. CAN ANYONE FROM SPARKLETTS AT LEAST HAVE THE COURTERY TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT'S GOING ON! I DON'T THINK THIS IS NORMAL AT ALL!!! REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!
