Two company who are arranging such daring races including Spartan Already valued when noticed through its Trail series And then decided to go for Mountain Series
Took months time serve my body with best available vitamins, proteins and required minerals
Spartan also help participants to choose best ingredients to boost body strength and will power
This is not a joke to compete such races I also get notification against good and bad Decision is based of a check up either fit or not eligible to participant.
I had taken as fun and to check Can I do this ?
And I did What to choose how to choose Spartan experts help participants ,even in last day if not fit as per parameters , candidate can be dropped for next location if fitness allow .So my advise must meet ex participants and get original feedback and then decide .Must check strength

Man, this company is a complete mess. I put in so much time volunteering for them, only for them to turn around and erase over 600 hours of my hard work. And when I tried to call them out on their lies and showed proof of their shady behavior, they straight up banned me from their social media. It's not just the time I wasted, I also ended up losing a ton of cash on travel expenses for races that got canceled or rescheduled without any heads up. The dates were all over the place, and I had to shell out even more money for flights and places to stay. And on top of all that, I never got any refunds for the races I couldn't even go to. This company is sketchy as heck and obviously doesn't give a dang about their customers or volunteers. My advice? Steer clear.
Race cancellation and refund process
I had to bail on a race last minute, and I paid extra for insurance just in case. But when I tried to cancel, they sent me to some other company to deal with the refund. I filled out all their paperwork, but now it's crickets - no word back. It's so aggravating to dish out money for insurance, only to get the runaround and be left in the dark. Feels like a total rip-off and I'm just so let down.
Cancelled Spartan Race
Man, I was so bummed out because I registered for this Spartan Race but it got canceled due to Covid. Then they said they'd give me a voucher, but let me tell you, getting it was a real hassle! I had to message them a bunch of times and it felt like it took forever for them to actually send it over. And to top it off, when I ordered some things from their website, it took forever for it to arrive and I had to pay extra for customs fees. Not cool, dude.
Race cancelation refund policy
I had a really bad experience with a race cancelation refund policy. Back in 2020, the race I was supposed to be in got canceled because of the pandemic. The company decided that there would be no refunds or cancellations, leaving me and a bunch of other people feeling ripped off. When I tried to explain that I couldn't do any future races due to health issues, they were not willing to work with me at all. I've tried multiple times to get my money back, but I still haven't seen a dime. The lack of honesty and responsibility is not cool, and it's pretty obvious that this company doesn't have its customers' best interests at heart.
Event cancellation due to pandemic
I was really let down by how the organization dealt with cancelling the event because of the pandemic. It was tough to see them just keeping everyone's money without offering any kind of compensation or rescheduling. That's not cool, especially when so many people are struggling financially right now. It really irked me, and I'll definitely be hesitant to sign up for another event they put together.
Trifecta Pass purchase
Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I bought this Trifecta Pass, thinking I could use it anywhere, but nope - it's only good in the country where you get it and it expires. Seriously, what a bummer! I made the mistake of buying it from the wrong website and couldn't even get a refund. I feel like I just threw away $300, so frustrating. Spartan really should be more upfront about this country-specific thing, don't you think? Just a heads up, make sure you're on the correct website or they'll snatch your cash and disappear.
Spartan Race Registration
I signed up for a race with cancellation insurance, but dang, the event got canceled out of nowhere. I've been chasing down a refund for weeks now, but their customer service is seriously the worst. I've tried emailing and chatting with them multiple times, but not a peep back. It's annoying how quick they were to take my money, but now they're dragging their feet on giving it back. Loyal customer over here, so I thought they'd treat me better. Definitely gonna look into other races next time.
Race experience feedback
My time at the race was just okay. The course was tough but fun. However, the organizers dropped the ball when it came to keeping things organized and communicating well. I had trouble getting my race photos and reaching out to customer service. They were totally unresponsive and unhelpful. It was really irritating to feel ignored as a paying customer. I'm not sure I'd want to do another race with this company again.
My Spartan Race purchase
Man, it was seriously the worst. My friend and I were trying to get some help for weeks, but it was a total bust. Arbie and Eric from customer service were so unhelpful, it was ridiculous. They couldn't even seem to understand what we were saying. I was really let down, you know? It's like they don't even care about us customers! And to top it off, they used to be pretty decent, but now they just seem completely checked out when something goes wrong. I swear, never going back there again!
Spartan Race experience
My experience with Spartan Race was terrible. The organizers were not helpful at all and it felt like they never even tried to communicate with me. I have never seen such disorganization from an event coordinator before. Not only did they not give me important details before the race, but they also never gave me back my money after almost 2 years of waiting. It's pretty obvious that customer service is not something they care about at all.
Refund issue
I'm really upset about this situation - I spent $200 on that race and now they've gone and moved it without offering refunds! They're suggesting I transfer to a different race, but there aren't any happening in my country. Can you believe that?
