Online shopping experience
My experience ordering from this company was really disappointing. I ordered some products and a wellness book, hoping for a low-key shopping experience, especially since I live in Canada. But the tracking process was a nightmare from the get-go. The shipping details on my order form didn't match the actual shipping company, and the tracking link they gave me led to a Google search fail. After finally figuring out who the carrier was, the package seemed to be stuck in transit for days. The worst part was when the package arrived, the label made it super obvious what was inside, totally ruining the discreet factor I was counting on. This made for an awkward moment with the delivery person at my door, leaving me feeling uneasy and let down by how the company handled things. Even though they tried to make it right by offering a refund for a future order, I decided not to come back because of the broken trust and overall disappointment with the experience.
Delayed shipment
I am so frustrated with my experience at this boutique. I ordered a product thinking it would be here in time for my vacation, but it took forever to ship. When I tried to cancel due to the delay, they told me it had just shipped that morning. The worst part is that UPS Sure Post doesn't have real tracking, so I have no clue when it'll get here. Instead of enjoying my vacation, I'll be stressing about my package sitting on my doorstep the whole time. And to make matters worse, the product was more expensive than other sites - now I see why. Just really disappointing overall.
