Today was great at the store in the mall! There were these two employees who were really nice and helpful. They helped me pick out a cool new sweatshirt and some awesome stickers. They were super friendly and made me feel at ease. We even shared some jokes and laughs together. It's not often I come across such helpful employees, so shoutout to those two awesome people. I think their names were Becka and Dillion. I just want to say a big thank you to them for being so great!
Silicone back scrubber purchase
I bought a silicone back scrubber from this store not too long ago. I ended up getting injured and couldn't use it. But when I reached out to customer service, they got back to me quickly and were super sorry about the whole thing. They totally got where I was coming from and promised me a full refund. That kind of customer service is top-notch and hard to come by these days.
Cool t-shirt purchase
Spencer's is the place to go if you're looking for cool gifts, party supplies, or just something fun for yourself. My family loves going there to see all the unique t-shirts. The vibe is great and the people who work there are always super nice and welcoming.
Christmas gifts
Do NOT order from this website! I made the mistake of ordering Christmas gifts in mid-November, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The website said they had the items in stock, took my money right away, but surprise, surprise - they were actually out of stock. Long story short, I never got my order. I called them multiple times, but the reps were super unprofessional and unhelpful - one of them even hung up on me! They gave me a fake tracking number and wouldn't give me a refund until I got my bank on their case. What a headache! Should've checked out the bad reviews first. This company's shady, full of crooks, and does NOT know how to run a business. Lesson learned - never again!
Missing package issue
I had a terrible experience with customer service at this store. I ordered a package, but it never arrived. When I reached out to them about it, they kept giving me the run around. They just kept telling me to wait longer, saying that sometimes packages are marked as delivered incorrectly. The worst part was when they said I had to wait 3 months before contacting them again. That's just insane. All I wanted was a refund for the missing package, but all they offered me was a store credit, which I didn't need. It doesn't make sense to offer store credit instead of a refund for a missing package. I am really disappointed with this store and will never shop here again.
Refund Issue Resolution
I had a situation where I had to get a refund from the corporate offices, and it took a whopping 2 months to get it all sorted out. They kept telling me that my refund was good to go and should have shown up in my account, but it never did. I finally contacted Guest Services and they asked for more details about how I paid, so I gave them what they needed. But even after that, it took a bunch more back-and-forths and getting things escalated just to finally see that refund in my account. The whole thing was super frustrating and ate up a lot of time.
Variety of unique items
I bought a bunch of cool stuff from an online store not long ago, but I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. They sent each item in different shipments, which meant they charged me separately for each one. It was a mess and really confusing. I had to keep a close eye on my bank account so I didn't accidentally spend too much. The whole thing was a hassle and a pain, and it definitely left me feeling bummed out about the company.
Late delivery
I can't believe it took over a month for my order to arrive. I mean, seriously, I live in Hawaii, not in outer space. I've gotten stuff from all over the country in less than two weeks, but for some reason, it takes a whole month to ship from Spencers. Those international shipping excuses they throw around are just that - excuses. I think I'll just stick to shopping in person from now on.
lingerie and adult toys
I just have to say, the service I got from this place was terrible. I bought some lingerie and adult toys from their website since they said everything was in stock. Turns out, it was all a lie. I used PayPal to pay for my order and got charged right away. The very next day, I got an email saying my order was canceled because they ran out of stock. They also said in the same email that I wasn't charged, which is not true at all. I've been emailing back and forth with their customer service for the past 8 days, and each time they tell me to wait 3-5 days for a refund. It's been over a week now and I still haven't gotten my money back. This company is a joke, don't waste your money here.
Backpack purchase
I got this backpack from a website and it was a disaster! I paid extra for overnight shipping expecting it to show up on Monday, but it didn't come until Thursday. The shipping fee was crazy expensive, almost as bad as the actual backpack. I reached out to customer service for a refund, and they pretty much said too bad, figure it out on your own. They ship things whenever they want, not when they say they will. It's just ridiculous!
Nose ring
I went to this place thinking I'd get a cool nose ring, but man, what a letdown! The thing wouldn't even stay in properly once I finally got it in my nose. And on top of that, they charged me way too much for a faulty piece of jewelry. Can you believe it? What a rip off! I'm so bummed about it, now I'm stuck with this stupid nose ring that won't even hold its own. Ugh, never stepping foot in that place again.

I went to this place, and I can't believe they messed up my order three times. It's like they can't even read a simple order. I'm never shopping here again, obviously!
Bathing suit
I picked up a bathing suit and it was an alright experience. The store had a nice variety, but the prices were a little steep for me. Luckily, I found a coupon online for free shipping and saved some money. I recommend browsing the clearance section and looking for coupons to save some extra cash.
3 T-shirts
I bought 3 t-shirts online hoping they would come before Christmas, but only one made it on time. The other two came separately more than a week late. When I reached out to customer service, they couldn't really explain what happened, so I had to call FedEx to get the details. To make matters worse, the support rep said I'd get a refund for the shipping, but I never saw it.
