    The bath products I bought were so luxurious and totally exceeded my expectations. The scents were heavenly, and they left my skin feeling super soft and smooth. I was pleasantly surprised by how long the product lasted - I got to use it multiple times before running out.     I ordered a Christmas present for my sister back in November, expecting it to arrive early, but by mid-December it still hadn't shown up! I reached out through chat to try to redirect it, but didn't hear back from anyone. After following up, they assured me they would take care of it, but still no response. The package finally made it to my house, but the customer service experience was less than satisfactory.

    Slow delivery, lack of response

    This company is a disaster! I've been waiting on my order for weeks now, and every time I try to reach out to them, it's like I'm talking to a wall. They don't reply to my emails at all, and I'm starting to worry that my order will never come. I even requested a refund, but of course, no response. It's been a whole month since I paid for my order, and I still haven't received anything. It's ridiculous!

    I just ordered some Christmas gifts and everything seemed great at first with the quick confirmation and shipping. But when I got my order, I was bummed to see that two items were missing, even though they were on the packing slip. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, but kept getting disconnected. Finally got through on the website's chat and found out the warehouse messed up and the items were actually out of stock. They didn't even let me know or offer a replacement. They said they were swamped with calls because of the inventory issues. The product itself might be good, but the lack of communication and organization really soured the whole experience. The hype didn't match the letdown of my order.

    Delayed order shipping

    I bought something on November 24th, but it still hasn't been shipped. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email, Facebook, and even phone calls, but no one has gotten back to me. It's frustrating to see that other people are having the same problem, just like the comments on their Facebook page. The lack of communication and slow shipping has really made me disappointed and unhappy with how this whole thing has gone.

    I've ordered Spongelle more than once and given as gifts to friends but this last order was a nightmare. It started when I ordered way before Christmas to make sure I had it in time. I noticed it was taking a long time to receive it so I followed up on it and it said it was delivered. Nope. Didn't get it. I notified them and they said they sent it again. I waited and again it took too long. It was supposed to be a 3 day delivery. 11 days now. I checked and someone changed my address in my account. Now before you think it was me think again. What do I gain from doing this? nothing. I contacted them again and I've still not received my order. They aren't even apologizing to me or speaking to me at all. Not good customer service. I should have received follow up from them but nope. They are off my list and I am warning others.
