The website is alright, not the most user-friendly, but that doesn't stop me from sticking with my monthly underwear subscription. Their stuff is seriously amazing. The material of their socks and t-shirts is top of the line, and let me tell you, the butterblend underwear is a total game-changer. It feels like a fancy hug for my behind. If only they offered a t-shirt subscription like they do for socks and undies, I'd sign up quicker than you can say "comfort."

Even though I saw some bad reviews about their customer service, I decided to take a chance because everyone was raving about how awesome their socks are. Premium socks purchase
I just bought some really nice socks from this company. They're super high quality and have some cool designs. But, I ran into some issues with their return policy and customer service. It was kinda annoying that they don't offer free returns, especially since their stuff is pretty pricey. And the customer service I dealt with wasn't very friendly – I think it's just because they have strict return rules, not because the reps are mean.
