    I bought this insulated mug not too long ago, and after using it regularly for about a year and a half, I started to see the coating bubbling up and peeling off. I was pretty bummed about it, but figured I'd try reaching out to customer service to see if they could help. And guess what? They didn't even hesitate - they sent me a replacement right away, no questions asked. I was super impressed by how great their warranty and customer service were.

    Black Quencher purchase

    After I saw some bad reviews, I was unsure about getting a black Quencher. But when I got the package a week later, the bottle was scuffed up. I complained and sent pictures, and they quickly replied the next day offering a refund or a new bottle. They didn't have black, so I got to pick a different color. I chose one and it came in perfect condition the next week. Customer service was great and the product was what I expected.

    My Stanley 40oz. Tumbler

    So, I got this really awesome 40oz. Tumbler and was so pumped about it because all my friends were raving about how amazing it is. But after only a couple of months, it started chipping and scratching all over the place! I was so disappointed because I had high hopes that it would last forever. When I tried to get it replaced, their warranty process was a total nightmare! I had to fill out this super long form multiple times because the submit button kept disappearing behind an ad. And you know what? They ended up telling me that it wasn't covered under warranty. What a letdown! I guess I'll just stick with my friend's Yeti cup from now on.

    Stainless steel cup purchase

    I bought a stainless steel cup from their website, but then I found the same cup for less on Amazon. I asked them to cancel my order before it shipped, but they still sent it. I sent the cup back with their return label over five weeks ago. It took them more than a month to say they got it, and now they say they have to inspect it before giving me a refund. Waiting this long just for a cup refund is frustrating. I tried calling their customer service, but got disconnected after being on hold for a long time. The emails I got back were all generic and didn't provide any clear info on when I can expect my refund. It's pretty obvious they don't care much about keeping customers happy or giving refunds in a timely manner.

    I bought some stuff from this company, but when I wanted to return it cause it wasn't what I thought, they said it never got delivered. But I know I got it! I've been trying to reach out to their customer service through email and submitted a ticket, but no luck getting a good answer. I've been on the phone with them for more than 26 minutes now. If you're thinking about shopping here, I'd recommend going to Target or somewhere else instead.

    Refund issue

    I had a pretty bad experience dealing with your company on a refund problem. I sent back an item and then waited forever for a refund. When I finally contacted customer service, all I got was a basic email saying they got my item. But then it took forever for them to process my refund and when I finally got it, it was way less than what I paid. Even after sending in another request, I still haven't heard back after days, and that's really frustrating.

    I bought a new water bottle from this company, and even though they said it would take 3-5 days for delivery, it still hadn't shown up by the 6th day. I was pretty bummed about the delayed delivery, especially because I was going to give it as a gift. The water bottle is great - just what I wanted - but waiting so long for it definitely put a damper on things.

    Backpack purchase

    I just bought a backpack from this company and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I was expecting my order to ship right away, but nope. It got delayed multiple times because of missing items and problems with the shipping company. And don't even get me started on the customer service. They were no help at all and kept giving me different answers about my order and refund. Honestly, dealing with this company was a huge letdown and I wouldn't suggest buying from them again.

    Mug with a bent straw

    I ordered a mug as a gift, but when it showed up, the box was too small and the straw inside was all bent out of shape. I tried to get help from customer service to get a new straw sent out, but all I got in return was a robot email asking for pictures and order details that I had already provided. It's been almost two weeks now, and I'm still waiting for a solution.

    Mug for daughter

    I recently bought a mug for my daughter from this company. Unfortunately, it was my second try to get the mug because the first one got lost due to their mistake. I had to keep contacting their customer service because they weren't replying to my emails quickly. When they finally got back to me, it was just a generic response that didn't address my issues. They said they would refund me for the lost mug, but I still had to go through the trouble of ordering it again since they couldn't send me a replacement. I was disappointed that they didn't offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, I hope the mug itself is better quality than their customer service.

    Insulated travel mug

    I bought this insulated travel mug from the store not too long ago and man, was it a letdown. Even though I listened to the care instructions and only hand washed it, the thing still started rusting on the inside. I waited patiently for four months only to hear back that they wouldn't replace it. Pretty bummed out about the poor quality and lack of reliability with this product.

    3 tumblers

    I ordered three tumblers like a month ago and I haven't received them yet. I've been emailing them to ask for an update and all they keep saying is "we'll let the team know." Finally, they sent the tumblers, but they used the cheapest shipping option so it's been stuck in transit since December 8th! What's even worse is that I had to pay for shipping even though there was an offer for free shipping when I placed my order. They won't even give me a refund until I actually receive the package. It's so frustrating!

    Hazardous Products

    My experience with this company has been a total nightmare. I bought some Hazardous Products and they were a huge letdown in terms of quality. On top of that, when I reached out to customer service to try and sort things out, they were so rude and unhelpful. It's obvious that this company doesn't give a darn about their customers or the stuff they sell. I've posted reviews in a bunch of places hoping to catch their eye, but it looks like they're perfectly fine ignoring us unhappy folks. If you care about your time and money, keep your distance from this company.
