I just received my second package from this place and I can't even begin to tell you how much I am loving everything. The boots I got are seriously awesome and will be perfect for a night out with my crush. Plus, all the jackets and shirts I got are super stylish. And to top it all off, I got a new watch right after my old one broke! They even include a cute letter with tips on styling your new items. Exchange of shirts and shoes
I had to exchange two shirts and a pair of shoes at StatelyMen and it was a great experience. The stylist put together a nice box for me, but the shirts were a bit loose and the shoes were too similar to ones I already had. After returning them, I got two perfectly fitting shirts, a great pair of shoes, and an extra Henley shirt in just 3 days. It was easy with no hassle, no questions asked, and they even covered the shipping.
Items for my significant other
So I thought I would give this a shot and ordered some stuff for my partner. He liked a couple things, but dealing with returns and exchanges was a total nightmare. It was like a never-ending cycle of trying to get what we actually wanted. One time, he got shoes and jackets that were totally not his style, which was a real bummer. The subscription kept sending boxes with basically the same stuff, so we ended up with a bunch of clothes we never bothered to send back. And to top it off, we wound up with two matching shirts from different brands in almost the exact same shade of blue. Long story short, we cancelled the subscription pretty quickly.
