    I just wanted to give a shoutout to the store manager for really going above and beyond to fix the problem I had with my recent buy. The customer service was top-notch and it made me feel like a valued customer.     Online purchase return issue

    I'm really upset about the service I got from this company. Dealing with a return issue from Canada was a nightmare - the customer service team was no help at all. It was hard to even reach them, and then they gave me the wrong address, so now my return is lost. It's been almost 2 months and still no solution. This company's lack of responsibility and professionalism has just made me so frustrated and disappointed.

    I recently bought a pair of shoes from this company, but it was a letdown. I ordered online, got charged right away, but then a week went by with no shipping confirmation. I emailed customer service, but their responses were slow and not helpful at all. It was frustrating that they weren't transparent about what was going on. When I threatened to dispute the charge, they suddenly canceled my order without a good reason. What's worse, the shoes were still showing as available on the website even though they were out of stock. This lack of communication and disorganized order system really made me regret buying from them.

    I placed a special order with this company a while back, thinking it would get to me in 5-8 weeks. It's been 10 weeks now and still no sign of my order. I've tried calling and emailing their customer service team, but I haven't gotten through to anyone. This lack of communication and help is really letting me down and making me wonder if this is some sort of scam. I'm pretty annoyed with all of this, and I plan to spread the word about my bad experience to save others from going through the same thing.

    Large order of clothing

    I had a problem with some clothes I bought online that didn't fit, so I returned them right away. They sent me an email saying they got the return and would give me my money back in 5 days, but it's been 11 days and I still haven't heard anything. I tried reaching out but haven't heard back, which is not cool. I'm pretty disappointed and won't be ordering from them again. Saks has a way better return system, so I might shop there instead of risking it with Staud.

    Moon bag

    I bought this moon bag that was supposed to be $200, but they sent me the wrong one, which sucks. I tried to get in touch with customer service right away to get it sorted out because I need to swap it before I leave for my trip in two weeks. But even after emailing them all last week, I haven't heard back yet, and now it's the weekend. I leave for Spain in a week, and it's stressing me out since I already paid for a nicer bag than I got.

    14 dresses/tops purchase

    I just bought 14 dresses and tops from this store and I gotta say, I wasn't happy with 3 of 'em. I tried to get in touch with their customer service, but even after leaving a bunch of messages, I never heard back from 'em. It was really frustrating and kinda disappointing not getting any communication from them. Businesses really need to have good customer service to help out with any problems that come up.

    Bag order disappointment

    I recently bought a bag online and it was a total letdown. It didn't even come with a dust bag, which really bummed me out. The packaging overall was pretty disappointing, like it was from a lower-end brand rather than what I was expecting. It showed up in a plastic bag with just a little bit of paper around the handle, not at all how I pictured a fancy item being packed. Plus, the bag was just thrown in a big box all loosey-goosey, so I'm worried it might have gotten banged up in transit.

    I ordered something and paid extra for overnight shipping. It's been a whole week and I still haven't gotten a shipping notification. I tried contacting customer service but they never got back to me. I am so not happy about this. I'm never ordering from here again.     Final sale item, wrong size
