Organic skincare products
I just bought some organic skincare products and I had a question about one of them. But when I tried to reach out to customer service, it was like they were ghosting me. I think the company might have gone under, which is never a good sign. I ended up returning the product and getting my money back, but the whole experience left me feeling pretty disappointed. It's so important for businesses to have good customer service, you know? They need to be able to deal with any questions or problems that come up.
