    Great shoes

    Just on opening page I saw a long leather type shoe
    Decided to buy first .This was very much required for this winter season.,it is Cognac patent shoe.
    Fold over flap clutch,total 24 inch shaft height ,almost up to half leg coverable.Four inch heel ,also a good idea to keep balance on all surfaces
    This pair looks like leather but this is not reflecting that, quite best in look.Cost of this pair is not so bad as I was expecting.Affordable
    Told me that delivery may little late due to government restrictions on logistics partners who have to ensure all proper check ups at all the points ..So these all procedure making delivery late.

    Expensive shoes for Xmas

    I picked up these really awesome shoes for my mom for Christmas, they were a bit on the expensive side but totally worth it because my mom is amazing. The website was simple to navigate and the shoes arrived super quickly. But man, let me tell you, the packaging was a disaster! They basically just tossed the shoes into a plastic bag and shipped it out, so when it arrived the box was all smashed up and the shoes had a few scuffs. Not cool at all. But hey, my mom still adored them.

    Handbag purchase gone wrong

    I'm so frustrated! I got this adorable handbag at the store, and I've only been using it for a week, but it's already falling apart 🙁 The screws are all wonky, and when I went to exchange it, they asked for the purchase number - like who keeps that kind of info after shopping in person?! I've been hunting high and low for the receipt, but no dice. I usually love bags from this brand, but this one really disappointed me 😩

    Black leather purse

    I just bought a black leather purse from this store, with my fingers crossed it would come in time for Christmas. The website said it would arrive by the 24th if I ordered by the 15th, but on the 21st, I got an email saying it wouldn't be here until the 28th. Bummer. I asked for a refund, and they said yes, but I'm still waiting to see that money back in my account. The customer service was not very helpful and they were kinda bad at communicating. Overall, my experience with the store wasn't great.

    Full priced shoes

    I was really bummed out by my experience at that store. I bought something at full price, only to see it go on sale for 70% off just a month later. When I tried to reach out for help through the online chat, all I got were automated responses. Couldn't even talk to a real person. I wanted to return the shoes to get the better deal, but it didn't work out.

    The company's return service is terrible compared to other stores. I recently returned some shoes that didn't fit, and had to pay for the return. But then, even though I had proof of the return, they claimed they never got the item back at the warehouse.

    New Year's shoes arrived damaged

    I was so pumped when my new shoes showed up right before New Year's, but they arrived all messed up. I'm working on getting my money back, but it's turning into a real pain. It's a bummer 'cause I really love this brand's shoes, so this whole thing has been a huge disappointment.

    Sandals falling apart after only 3 wears

    I just got these sandals at the store over the summer, and man, I gotta say I'm really bummed about how they turned out. I wore them like 3 times max, and the bottom part completely fell off from the top part just while I was taking a stroll. When I contacted customer service to complain, they had the nerve to say it was my fault for wearing them, so tough luck for me. Their refusal to take responsibility for their crappy products is super irritating, and you can bet I won't be shopping there again.

    I recently ordered a pair of shoes online, and man, what a bummer! The website said they'd arrive in 3-7 business days, but two weeks later, still nothing. When I called customer service to check in, they told me my size was out of stock and they'd refund me in 3 days. So aggravating! The website still showed the shoes available, making things even more confusing. I had higher hopes for a company like this, but the lack of communication and attention to detail really let me down. Guess I won't be shopping there again.

    Cool coat that I never got

    Dude, I gotta tell ya, that whole thing was a complete train wreck. I mean, I tried to buy that super cute coat like six freakin' times and every dang time my order got the boot. What in the world, man? I even signed up for those email alerts so I could snag it as soon as it was back in stock, but no dice. And let's not even get started on the customer service - it was like talkin' to a dang robot.

    They just kept hittin' me with those canned responses that didn't even touch on what I was askin' about. I mean, why even bother havin' real people on staff if they can't actually, y'know, help you out?

    Then they tried tellin' me my order was a no-go 'cause the shoes were out of stock. Like, what the heck does that have to do with my dang coat, man? That's just nuts. Honestly, I'm kinda glad it fell through, 'cause if this is how they treat their customers, imagine how bad the actual product would be.

    And to make matters worse, even after an employee supposedly sorted out my invoice, they still went ahead and cancelled my order. Like, are you kiddin' me? How does that even happen? I'm done with that place, man. No more shopping there for me.

    Folded heels on shoes

    I just bought a pair of shoes from this company's online store and man, was I disappointed when the heels totally buckled under as soon as I tried to stand up in them. So, I hit up customer service to see about returning them, but they straight up told me NO, said the shoes can't be returned. I'm livid, seriously. This company is a total rip-off, I swear I'll never buy from them again. Don't waste your cash, head somewhere else!

    Ankle boots purchase

    My shopping experience at this store was a total disaster. The customer service was awful and the whole process was a nightmare. I ordered a pair of ankle boots that were supposed to be in stock, but I found out three weeks later they weren't available. I had to keep calling and emailing them to get answers, and it felt like I was always the one doing the work. It was so frustrating not knowing what was going on, especially since the shoes weren't cheap. I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you care about your time and sanity.

    Oversized shoes purchase

    I just bought some shoes online, but they ended up being too big for me. When I tried to send them back, I was told they don't do returns for online orders. They suggested I sell them on their Reboot site instead, but that just seems silly to me. I'm really not happy with this whole situation and I won't be buying from them again.
