First time user, bought sold out trainers
I recently tried out StockX for the first time to snag a pair of trainers that were sold out everywhere else. I had originally attempted to grab the same pair from another website, but my order got axed without warning, leaving me all riled up. That's when I decided to give StockX a shot, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. The trainers made it all the way from the US to the UK in just nine days, which was quicker than I expected for a fresh release. When they finally arrived, I was blown away by how fresh they looked. StockX also did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of my order throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Overall, my experience with StockX was fantastic and I'll definitely be using them again in the future. I'll be sure to spread the word to others hunting for hard-to-find items. RTX 4090 GPU purchase
I just got my hands on an RTX 4090 GPU from StockX and gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. The whole purchase process, from start to finish, was super smooth. They kept me in the loop with emails at every step along the way, so I always knew what was going on. When the GPU finally arrived, it was brand spanking new and in perfect condition, just like I expected. The packaging and shipping were top-notch too, so props to StockX for that. First StockX purchase
I recently ordered from StockX for the first time and I have to admit, I was a little hesitant at first. But, I was super happy with how everything turned out. My order was supposed to come on April 9th, but to my surprise, it arrived on April 4th and was in perfect condition with the verification tag still on. The fast delivery totally blew me away and really impressed me with StockX's quickness. The whole process was smooth sailing and you can count on me coming back for more in the future.
Excellent price and products
As a customer who usually isn't too keen on ordering from websites I don't know, I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised when I checked out StockX. They had a ton of products at really good prices. The stuff I got was top-notch and exactly what I was expecting, so I was super happy. I was so impressed that I didn't even think twice about placing another order. Every time I shop on StockX, it's been a great experience and I love all the different items they have for sale.
Sneaker purchase
Honestly, my shopping experience at StockX was a complete nightmare. I had some serious problems with receiving my shipment, and it was like a huge hassle trying to reach their customer service. I mean, come on, why do they make it so hard for customers to contact them when something goes wrong? I basically had to bug FedEx constantly to track down my order, and when it finally showed up, I was just relieved, not even happy. Definitely not the easiest process, that's for sure.

Ordering was super easy, I had no issues there. But man, the delivery took forever! And the verification process with the shipper? Ugh, it dragged on way longer than I would have wanted. I get it though, gotta keep things secure. The prices were reasonable and the service was pretty good. All in all, it was a decent buying experience.
Fast delivery
I just wanted to mention how quickly my order arrived! It was only a day late, which isn't too bad considering I've waited a whole month for packages in the past. Living in Guam, waiting a month for deliveries is pretty typical. It would have been nice if the track package link actually functioned and having a tracking number would have been really useful. But overall, my online shopping experience was great!
High-quality sneakers
The verification and authentication process on StockX is really good, making sure everything's legit. But, if you're selling, they do take a cut of your sale, and as a buyer, you gotta factor in shipping costs on top of the listed price. It can be annoying since the website doesn't show the final price right off the bat. StockX should definitely focus on fixing this to give customers a better experience.
My new kicks
I was really excited to get my new shoes from StockX, but then I found out they don't do exchanges. Can you believe that? I had no idea until after I bought them. I really needed a smaller size but now I'm just stuck. Besides that though, everything was great - ordering, delivery, all of it. I'm overall really happy with everything, just not the exchange policy.
Sneaker purchase
My experience with StockX has been pretty good overall. I've bought a few things on there and have been happy with the quality and authenticity of what I received. Sometimes the boxes came a little beat up and it seemed like the shoes had been messed with a little, which was a bummer. But despite those few issues, I've had a positive experience using StockX.
Quick and easy purchase
I had a really good experience using StockX. Everything went super smoothly and I got my product right on time. The only thing I would suggest is being more upfront about the extra fees that come with the purchase. It would be a lot easier for us customers if those fees were already included in the price they show us from the beginning.

I can't stand it when sellers take forever to ship my shoes! StockX really needs to push them to go faster or just give the order to someone else who will actually get it done.
First time buying on StockX
My first time buying something on this site went really well. It was super fast and only took about a week from beginning to end. I was amazed at how quickly they processed everything and got it shipped out to me. I got my item yesterday and it was perfect.
