Don't get fooled by this place's Black Friday "deal." I was really looking forward to buying something I've had my eye on for a while, but it turned out they were trying to deceive me. The shipping costs were crazy high, and when I looked into it, I discovered they were drop shipping from China and inflating their prices by 50% just to pretend they were giving a 50% discount for Black Friday. How sneaky can you get? I'm not going to support a company that plays dirty tricks like that on its customers. Watch out, this place isn't worth your hard-earned money or time.
Foldable food container
I bought a collapsible food container from this company recently and, to be honest, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The lid clasp stopped working properly after just a couple of uses, making the container useless. I tried reaching out to customer service through their website chat box, giving them my email and question, and they promised to respond in "a few minutes." But after waiting for over an hour and checking in several times, I never got a response. Their lack of prompt and helpful customer service left me pretty dissatisfied as a first-time customer. It seems like this brand needs to work on both their product quality and their service team because now I just wasted money on something that's going in the trash. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this brand since dealing with bad quality and poor customer service just isn't worth the hassle.
Defective items bought
Man, I just bought three things and they were all messed up! Scratches, leaks, you name it. And don't even get me started on the customer service - so rude. The owner was the worst, such a bad attitude. Can't believe it! Be careful with that store, seriously!
