Cute t-shirts
Oh my gosh, I was so upset last week because I ordered these adorable t-shirts and they took forever to get here. I was totally ready to write a bad review, but then they finally showed up today and I was like, "Oh, okay, there must've been a delay or something." So yeah, I'm gonna take back the bad review I was gonna leave. Turns out, the t-shirts are actually really nice and good quality!
Terrible company
This company is just the worst, let me tell ya! I've been trying to get a hold of them since 11-07-2021, but every email address I try is a total dead-end. Finally stumbled upon a customer service number and the person I talked to was honestly the best - super helpful and even cracked a few jokes. They got my issue sorted out in no time, so big thanks to them! My Order ID is ##3348ET.
dress purchase
Hey everyone! I just had to tell you about this adorable dress I picked up at this store. I've been eyeing stuff on Storenvy for a bit now, and I finally bit the bullet and bought something. The dress showed up just like they said it would, and the quality is fantastic. I was a little worried at first because of some negative reviews, but I'm really happy I went for it.
Boots and shoes
Nice to deal with, but Storenvy is only a middle man. The manufacturers are in Pakistan, so a little difficult to communicate with the actual manufacturers. But after a few emails, and 2 weeks both pairs arrived. The size &; fit were fine. The quality is good and products used are also good. I would and have ordered more boots and shoes from them again. So don't be scared.
Online purchase disappointment
I want to share my recent experience with ordering from Kitchen Market. It was really not good. I placed my order over a year ago and still haven't gotten what I paid for. The company said they refunded me on 1/11/21, but it's 11/22/21 now and I still haven't seen the money back in my account. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but they haven't replied at all. I'm really upset about this whole thing and feel like I've been tricked.
Disabled store message
The folks over at Storenvy went ahead and disabled my store out of the blue, no word on why. I've tried hitting them up a bunch of times but haven't heard a peep back. It's just not cool how they're handling this, no communication and no action. They really shouldn't be able to run a marketplace like this.
Kitchen products
I bought my kitchen stuff at a store that got hit pretty bad by the recent disasters out in California, but they still kept their prices low for some top-notch stuff. The owner was super helpful and flexible, even when I had to switch up my shipping address last minute. I had a great experience and I'll for sure be going back in the future.
Hat with a pipe wrench
As a plumber I purchased a hat with a pipe wrench on it embroidered. It is a flex fit fullback hat... being in the trades and manager I visit a lot of jobsites. EVERY SINGLE JOBSITE HAD AT LEAST ONE PLUMBER OR GAS FITTER SAY "Hey where did you get that hat!" To which I politely reply, storenvy.com. Unique cool items anyone will like
Custom plushie
OMG, I got this custom plushie and I am seriously obsessed with it! It turned out exactly how I imagined and looks absolutely stunning. It's so incredibly soft and cuddly, my BFF is completely in love with it too! I will definitely be buying from this place again, no doubt about it!
Apparels
I really like the site and it is very effective to use but i just wish the picture quality that i upload would be better, you cannot zoom into pics or anything so i just resort to using instagram to show off products
Berber baskets purchase
I ordered some Berber baskets from this store not too long ago. But, guess what? After I placed my order, I got hit with some bad news - the items I wanted were actually out of stock. The seller, NOMAD, went MIA on me, ignoring my messages and calls. Seriously, that's not cool. It makes me think this seller might be up to some shady stuff. I'm definitely going to report them to the right people so no one else gets scammed like I did.
Earrings gift from boyfriend
I ordered some earrings from this store a little over two months ago and they still haven't arrived. My boyfriend got them for my birthday, but we haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation yet. We've tried reaching out a few times, but haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating to wait this long for a gift that was supposed to be special.
Various items from four different sellers.
I've been shopping on this platform and I gotta say, it's been a total letdown. Seems like Storenvy has some serious issues with sellers not being accountable or active. I've ordered a bunch of stuff and haven't gotten anything from them. Been going back and forth with these sellers through email, and now I'm resorting to Paypal chargebacks just to try and get my money back. It's a real pain and it's taking up so much of my time. Storenvy doesn't even have a way to cancel orders during processing, and their rating system is so hard to see through. They really need to step up and take responsibility for the sellers they allow on their platform.
Boots
I recently bought a pair of boots for my son and the shipping cost was a whopping $50, but he really wanted them so I went for it. I chose to buy from this platform because it said it was located in California, not China. Unfortunately, my son passed away on December 24th and I tried to get a refund from both the third-party company and Storenvy. Storenvy sent me to another company, kmA.specials1, which has been ignoring my request for a refund. Even though PayPal gave me the money back, kmA.specials1 lied to PayPal and said they were waiting for the item to be returned, despite giving me prepaid postage. This caused the charge to be put back on my account. I haven't been able to find an address to return the item and fix this problem. I took it up with PayPal credit, who are surprised by the lack of action. I think Storenvy should also take some responsibility for working with a company that's causing so many issues.
Data-mining scam
I had a really bad experience with that store recently. I signed up for an account, gave them all my info, and even connected my PayPal account. But when I tried to log back in, I was surprised to see a message saying my account had been "disabled." I never got an email, notification, or any kind of explanation for why they did that. It all feels pretty shady and it's got me really worried.
Never received items
I was really bummed about my experience shopping on Storenvy. I ordered some stuff, but it never showed up. I tried to contact the seller a bunch of times, but they were MIA. It's frustrating to think you've been ripped off and not even get a reply. In the end, I had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. It's disappointing that Storenvy doesn't do a better job vetting their sellers. I'd suggest steering clear of this seller and maybe even the whole website.
Blouse purchase
I ordered a blouse from this company a year ago and still haven't gotten it. It's so frustrating and a total waste of time. They never communicate and take no responsibility. Don't bother with this scam - steer clear!
Home decor items
I've had a horrible experience with Belladonna Home Decor on Storenvy. I placed an order for some home decor items back in September, and here it is December with still no sign of my stuff. They were ignoring my emails until I got Storenvy involved, and even then, all they did was give me a bunch of empty promises. Finally, when my package showed up, it didn't have any of the products I actually ordered - just some dumb poster they called an "inconvenience gift." I tried to get a refund multiple times, but they just kept giving me the runaround and not following through. Storenvy really needs to do a better job screening their sellers to stop this kind of stuff. I've already reported them to my credit card company and consumer protection agency to make sure I get my money back. Trust me, steer clear of this store.
Shoes
I purchased Two pairs of dress shoes, from this company, and I use company with much skepticism!
I never received the shoes, nor a polite “I’m Sorry”
And much more disturbing is, I’m still waiting for the Refund,
I never say never, however, unless I can be convinced differently, There Scammers!
its a scam don't buy here ever. never received product. it was a another outlet through them. But if you are unable to trust their website what good are they.
