Previous purchase history
I checked out my order history on the website and smoothly reordered the same stuff without a hitch. But man, I was kinda shocked when I saw the big jump in the price of the item I bought before. That made me decide to grab a few more, just in case it goes up even more later on. Looking back, I wish I had stocked up before the price went up. Hopefully, the prices stay steady from now on because it's a bummer for us regulars when they shoot up out of nowhere.
Efficient customer service
My experience with the customer service on this website was amazing. Whenever I had any problems, the team really went out of their way to help me, even making international phone calls to make sure everything was sorted out. Mr. Jerry Lee was especially great - friendly, helpful, and just overall awesome. I really appreciate the outstanding service I received from this website.
Skincare products
I just bought some skincare products from Strawberrynet. Overall, it was good, but I had a problem with the price not showing up right at checkout. Shoutout to the customer service team for fixing it fast! I think it's important for the price to be clear and accurate before you buy something. Gotta know what you're paying for, right?
Averagemediocre experience
My latest experience with Strawberrynet was pretty average. The stuff I got was just okay and the service was so-so. The prices were fair though, can't really complain there. It's nice and easy to shop on their website, which is a plus. But the shipping times were just meh. Overall, it's an alright store to shop at.
Range of products
I had a decent time shopping on this website. It took me a little longer to get the hang of it compared to Aussie/NZ websites I'm used to. But, they have a great selection of products, so I'll definitely be coming back here more often!
Wide selection of products
I recently bought something from this online store that has a ton of different stuff. The website was easy to use and find my way around, but the stuff I got was just okay. I checked out some reviews first, but the things I got didn't quite live up to what other people were saying. The service was fine, nothing to write home about. Some folks might think this website is good enough, but for me, the whole shopping thing didn't really hit the mark.
Too good
I have super curly hair and taking care of curls are a serious pain
I bought the devacurl from here , its so good on my hair. my curls are bouncy and looks soft as well as shine too
