I actually was really pleased for my first time ordering from here. Lot of people complain about the shipping but I mean from the journey there to the US, it can take some time. I loved there prices and the amount of discounts they give. You can't stack discounts but I mean most of there products are under $15.

I WILL NEVER order from this company that can't copy my unit # onto the shipping label correctly, or safely package the items that they are sending, The Unit # was incomplete and ultimately disposed of by Post Office because the order arrived damaged, and now this Co wont refund me my money.
Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel SPF50
I was able to order my favourite Korean Products on the stylevanna website. Ordering was easy and I loved all of the products offered. My favourite is the Isntree sunscreen: Isntree - Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel SPF50+. Took some time to receive my order, but the wait was worth it!!!

I purchased several items ( so i thought). The charge is on my card but I have yet to receive a confirmation of my purchase in addition I sent an email regarding the failed purchase. I have yet to hear from Stylevana. I had forgotten an item and ordered it separately and still I don’t have it either. The last recourse is to dispute the purchase so that I’m not paying for nothing.
Skincare and Makeup
The prices are affordable, but there is such a hassle when trying to use discounts! I was not able to apply a code because it kept saying that the service was down; I tried the code for 3 days and nothing. Shipping is also slow; it took three weeks before I received an email saying that there was a tracking number created. I had also asked for customer service to ask about my order, but they never replied. I would probably not order from here again; Yesstyle and other Asian product websites have better service.
Skincare
I decided to purchase some COSRX and Beauty of Joseon items because they had such great prices. Don't expect to get your products anytime soon--I placed an order on 4/28 and received my order just yesterday (6/1). Communication is incredibly slow with the customer service team, they take approximately a week or more to get back to emails. The box came a bit beat up the products were bubbled wrapped, some product boxes were damaged at the corners but product itself is fine. I would order from them if you've done good price comparisons and know they are the cheapest and not in a hurry and but I've found Stylekorean to have much better shipping because they are shipped from Korea and not Hong Kong (a week from placement to arrival in the US!) so I will not be using Stylvana next time until products are really better priced.

1. SCAMS SCAMS SCAMS!!!! StyleVana is a scammer! They take your money as soon as you placed the order.
2. They are unresponsive, when and if they responded they BS you. They are not responding to the questions being asked.
3. I spent over $150 on skincare on 3/7/22, today is 4/24/22 and I still have not received the good. They took my money on 3/7/22.

I made an order SEVERAL months ago.... Never received my package. I have sent MANY emails to customer support, all of which have gotten ignored. So they stole my money and refuse to respond to me. SCAM COMPANY!!!

Ordered several items one month ago. Still haven't received any of the items. Don't know where they are. If I don't get the package within a few days, I'll have to contact them for a refund. Will NOT use this company again ?

Beauty of Joseon
I ordered my skincare from this site for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. I did read reviews that it takes a while. I didn't know how long, until i ordered. It took about 4 weeks. i emailed on week 2 and the customer service explained how their service is and how long it takes. It does say it takes a long time on the site but it was nice getting detailed information without being sassy about it. for the price honestly, i don't mind the wait.. you just time it correctly then boom done.

I've purchased from Stylevana one time and will be my last. The order never arrived and after numerous attempts speaking to their courier partner Aramex (aka Fastway), I finally got an email TWO MONTHS later from Aramex the parcel was lost and to contact the seller.
For those who have used Aramex/Fastway I don't need to explain how bad they are but this review is not about them!
When I contacted Stylevana regarding the lost parcel, I was told that they will require 3-4 weeks to investigate the what happened before they will provide me with any compensation. So basically, it will be 3-4 months after I placed my order before I will get a refund.
If you're looking to buy from Stylevana just be prepared that:
1. They use Aramex a courier well known for their incompetence
2. If things go wrong, be prepared to wait for them to take 3-4 weeks to investigate the issue.

I bought lip tint from here and it came in good condition. The packaging was made safe and the customer service was really nice. Delivery took a while but that is expected. Other than that I will definitely be buying from here again. Thank you!

Really bad experience both times. Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me. So, I guess this time its actually my fault. Made a purchase on 08/23, online stated all items available to be shipped within 24 hours, today is 09/08 and I am still waiting for my order to be shipped. Buy at your own risk. I do not recommend this site.
Multiple items
The prices are reasonable, but the website seems very slow. It takes forever to load a page on item details. I have ordered 3 or 4 times, and the process is not speedy. My items have always said "usually ships in 24 hours". I think I they really should say ships in a business week if you're lucky. I don't understand putting that on the item detail if it's not true. I don't mind waiting if I know in advance. I placed an order in the 23rd, and received an email that my order was being packed and soon to ship. It didn't ship until 6 business days later. The prices are good, but make sure to order about a month before running out of anything. If you're in a hurry, you're out of luck.

He realizado varios pedidos, el primero me llegó casi 3 meses después porque un producto estaba en faltante. En otro pedido me llegó un producto que ya caducaba me comuniqué con servicio al cliente y me devolvieron el valor. Los productos son originales, generalmente compro cuando están en oferta. Cuando los productos están en stock el despacho es en 3 días, pero el tránsito del paquete es de 3 semanas. Hay que leer muy bien la descripción y el tamaño de cada producto para no tener sorpresas, y también hay que percatarse la disponibilidad, porque algunas en la descripción consta una disponibilidad de 1 mes aproximadamente y por eso se demoran significativamente en llegar. Y dan solo una muestrita por pedido.

Love the products and great prices. I hate how long you have to wait even if you pay for faster shipping. It also takes forever to hear back from customer service. I wish they’d ship out faster. This is what makes me reconsider ordering from here.

I will never purchase items from stylevana ever again. I would rather pay a couple more dollars and buy it on Soko Glam. Soko Glam's shipping is way faster and they make sure that their customers are satisfied with their products. I purchased four skin care items back in April on Stylevana. I didn't get a shipping update for two weeks UNTIL I personally reached out to them through their email. The items arrived about a month later. I used the items for three days and my skin instantly broke out. I have no history of allergies nor sensitivity to new products. I've been trying out new products and their products specifically messed up my skin to the point that I had to see a dermatologist. I tried asking them if I could return the items and get a refund. They refused to accept it since "it is part of their return policy that they do not accept returns due to allergic reaction". Overall, I am very unhappy with their service especially with their shipment and returns. I wish I never ordered from them.
Laneige - Water Sleeping Mask
I am a very satisfied customer of Stylevana's. I have had no issues with ordering or receiving any products. They quickly alerted me when they didn't have a product in stock after I'd ordered, and refunded the price in full into my bank account. The prices are cheaper than buying in Australia, especially when my product purchases allow me to reach the free delivery incentive. My favourite online store.
