    Order protocol restrictions

    The ordering process was so frustrating because they have these strict rules that don't let you make any changes or cancel once you hit that order button. I found out the hard way when I tried to switch something up real quick and was told it was too late because my order was already in the warehouse. The customer service rep basically said I'd just have to sit tight, wait for it to be sent out, and then deal with returning it. It's a real letdown and a pain for us customers that they don't offer more flexibility in their system.

    Comfy loungewear

    I'm a customer of this company and I gotta say, the loungewear I got was super comfy and looked great at first. But man, I was pretty bummed when the black color started fading after only a few washes. Now, I only rock them when everything else is dirty. It's a shame 'cause they seemed good quality at first, but now I'm not sure about buying from them again.

    I bought two swimsuits from this company and was surprised when they turned out to be too big. Turns out they use US sizes, not UK sizes. They don't do exchanges for international orders, which was a bummer. But I sent them back on my dime. The return process was easy and I got my refund quickly. I ordered one of the swimsuits in the right size.

    Baby swimsuit too small

    I bought a little swimsuit for my baby thinking it would fit her, but man was I wrong! It was way too small, total bummer. I wanted to give others a heads up by leaving a review, but it got deleted. Not cool, man. I had to fork over $8 just to send it back, and I'm still pretty ticked off about it. Definitely not gonna shop here again for baby stuff.

    Faulty products and poor customer service

    This company's products are such a letdown. I've bought from them twice and both times were a flop. The quality was super low, and one item looked nothing like what I saw online. And dealing with their return policy was a nightmare - now I'm stuck with store credit I had to use on another disappointing purchase. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

    I'm really upset about my recent experience at SummerSalt. They sent me the wrong item in my order, and I tried contacting customer service several times but never heard back. I feel totally frustrated and disappointed with the way they've handled this situation.

    My experience ordering swimwear from this company wasn't great. I checked out reviews on another site and found out the ones on the company's website might not be honest. The swimsuit sizes were bigger than expected, so I had to pay a lot for shipping and returns. In the end, I didn't even end up with a swimsuit after all that trouble.

    Large purchase, multiple items

    I recently dropped around $300 on this company, y'know, buying three different things. But man, all three had to be returned or exchanged 'cause of sizing problems. The swimsuits I got were supposed to be different sizes, but when they came, turns out the design I picked was too bulky with a bow on both sides, and it didn't fit me like I wanted. Plus, you could see the seams on the inside layer, which was a major letdown. Tried to swap 'em out, but all they would let me do was exchange, not return, leaving me with two suits I wasn't feelin'. And to top it off, the third item was a bit big and they were out of the smaller size for me to switch it out. So now I'm feeling ticked off and let down, ya know? I spent a good amount of cash on these things and now I'm stuck with stuff I don't even want. And to make things worse, when I tried to switch 'em for somethin' else, turns out I couldn't even check the size of what I was gettin', setting me up for another sizing disaster. Found out they sell the same stuff on Amazon with way easier return and exchange policies, which just hammers home how bad their customer service is. And get this, their head coder lives in my town, so I was kinda hopin' for a better experience. But nope, left me pretty disappointed. Seriously, would not recommend buying anything from this company 'til they get these problems sorted and start puttin' their customers first.

    Shirt with palm tree design

    I bought this really awesome shirt with a palm tree design from this store, you know? But when I had questions about my order, it was like crickets – nobody responded! I was getting so irritated because all I wanted to know was where my shirt was, you know? And then, when I finally did get a response, it was all rushed and not even helpful. Ugh, so frustrating. I wish they would have been more on the ball, ya know?

    Hey, I got this really awesome shirt from you all, but it just didn't fit me right. So, I had to send it back and now I'm stuck waiting to see if they have my size available.     Swimsuit purchase

    I saw some ads on social media and thought I'd check out this company. Before I bought anything, I made sure to look at their return policy to see if I could send things back. I spent $275 and got my order, but none of the swimsuits looked good on me. They might be great for other people, but they just didn't work with my body. When I tried to return them, I found out that everything was final sale and I could only get store credit. Customer service showed me a hidden rule in their FAQ saying that using a sale code means you can't return stuff. They never told me any of this when I was buying the swimsuits, so now I'm stuck with things I can't use and useless store credit. This company tricks people and uses sneaky tactics to keep customers. Watch out and steer clear.

    Exchange for different size

    I just went through a super annoying situation when I tried to swap out an item for a size that fit me better. The company was seriously tough to get in touch with - no customer service people around to give me a hand. I tried reaching out in a bunch of ways, but all I got back were automatic replies and wait times that seemed to last forever. Dealing with all of that made the whole thing way more complicated and time-consuming than it needed to be. On top of that, when I finally did get to do the exchange, the whole thing was a pain with unclear directions and delays all over the place. All in all, I was pretty bummed about not being able to chat with a real person and get my issue sorted out quickly.
