Ordered 3/22. Website says 2-3 business days for delivery. Received email confirmation of order, and bank shows payment was taken. But no tracking info was provided on the email or on the order history on my account (though the order shows). Waited a week, tried to contact them. Email went unanswered. Site said to try their chat feature. No answer. Instead, after several minutes of waiting, chat says I will receive an email in 10 minutes. No email. Just zero customer service and zero accessibility. Sent another email, but it's been hours now on top of the week. We're well beyond 2-3 business days, I've lost all confidence in this racket. So I've filed a claim with my bank to try to recoup my money. Lame.
