sneakers
The customer service at this store was amazing. The person I talked to, we'll call her Tina, really knew her stuff about the products and was so helpful. In a world where good customer service is rare, Tina was a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely be coming back to this store because of the great service I got.
I ordered shoes online
I ordered these awesome shoes online, but when they arrived they were the wrong size and totally messed up. It seems like they keep pulling this kind of thing on way too many folks!
Shoes in incorrect size
If I could go back in time, I never would've bought shoes from that place. I mean, seriously, how tough could it be to swap them out for a smaller size, right? Well, turns out, it's about as challenging as hitting the jackpot. It felt like I was pulling teeth just to get a simple exchange sorted out. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of that place. Trust me, there are loads of other options where you won't have to jump through hoops just to get a smaller pair of shoes.
Sneakers with glued-in soles
The customer service at this company is just terrible. I've been trying to get ahold of them for weeks now with no luck. Their chat doesn't help at all and I've been on hold forever without anyone picking up. It's so frustrating not being able to talk to someone when you have a real problem. What's even worse is they took my money right away without any issues. Plus, they say you can wear their sneakers with your own insoles or orthotics, but turns out the soles are glued in and can't be switched out. That's false advertising and shows they don't really care about their customers. I used to have a bunch of their sneakers, but after this, I won't buy from them again.
Oversized sneakers purchase
I bought these sneakers labeled as size 8.5 and man, they are huge! I wanted to swap them for a smaller size because I don't want to waste $50, but nope, they said it's a "FINAL SALE." What a scam! The customer service is a joke - feels like I'm talking to a robot with their canned responses. Come on, Superego, how about some real human interaction?
Wrong shoes x3
I keep receiving random shoes from this place!! I just want the shoes I ordered, but they keep sending me the wrong ones. I even forgave them twice, but now I gotta write reviews. Can't trust them to send the right shoes ever!!
My order taking forever
Oh my gosh! Can you believe it? I ordered my shoes like forever ago and still don't have them! I mean, seriously, where are my cute sneakers? I keep checking the tracking and it's been stuck on "order placed." And get this, they even charged my mom's credit card already! Isn't that supposed to happen when they ship? It's so strange. I've tried reaching out to customer service so many times, but all they say is "sorry for the delay." Like, obviously I know there's a delay, that's why I'm reaching out! I'm pretty sure I saw these shoes at other stores too, so this whole thing feels like a huge waste of time. Ugh.
Shoes purchase for niece
I got these awesome shoes for my niece as a Christmas present. I was super pumped when I got the email saying they shipped a couple days later. But man, it's taking forever for them to get here! The tracking info just shows the label was made, but the carrier still doesn't have the shoes. I already got charged for something I might not even get. That's not cool at all.
Shoes I ordered
I ordered these really awesome shoes online, and it's taking forever for them to arrive. I'm starting to get seriously impatient - where are my shoes already? The shoes themselves are probably great, but the service from this company is just the worst. Like, really bad. Also, they don't even offer free shipping, which is definitely not cool.
size 8 woman's classic black Cotu
Instead they sent me size 8 Men's Cotu. While shopping online I used FIlters for only Woman's shoes & brought me to the page that displayed this shoe, so I ordered it in my size. This was a "final sale, however, not a problem if they sent a woman's shoe. . Attempts to return via online was not allowed, live chat, no response. E-mails explaining the issue, fell on deaf ears, responses were scripted and obvious the person responding did not read my explanation. Phone calls, unanswered, and finally this morning someone answered and I could not understand him, and when I asked who I was speaking to he hung up on me. tried to call again and this time no answer. The quality of the shoes Superga sells is the best, however, buy them from another company because dealing with them directly is difficult to put it mildly. I give up and have filed a complaint against them with my card company so that I can return these shoes that I did not order

I had a very bad experience of buying shoes from superga-usa.com
I placed an order of white shoes, instead of that, they sent me a blue one. I called customer service, they stated the white shoes, that I ordered, would be delivered in the next 2 days. I waited for 5 days, nothing came home.
I called them back, now they said everything must be returned to the warehouse and so they can make a refund to me. Excuse me???
I ordered the shoes for a special occasion, I have waited days for nothing but my money back. Wasted my time!!
