First-time customer experience
I just bought something from this website for the first time and I have to say, I was really impressed by how everything went down. I found a great deal on what I was looking for and the customer service I got was top-notch. When I found out my order wouldn't make it in time for a special event, I reached out to customer service for help. I talked to a rep named Samantha and she really went out of her way to help me out. She split my order into two shipments so the stuff in stock would come on time and the backordered item would come later. Samantha also let me know about this cool feature on the site where you can track delayed orders with a note and picture you can print out. It's little stuff like that that makes me feel like they really care about me as a customer. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

The first time I found this jewelry company, I was immediately drawn in by the beautiful pieces I saw on their website. Despite being a bit unsure about buying from a brand I wasn't too familiar with, I decided to go for it and ordered a Tanzanite and diamond engagement ring. I recently bought a necklace and some diamond studs from this jewelry store and, you know, I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how they looked. The necklace was just what I wanted, super beautiful. Only thing is, the chain had a few knots that were a pain to get out. But honestly, it wasn't too big of a deal and didn't mess up the overall vibe of the necklace.
Now, when it comes to those diamond studs, I didn't have as good of a time. After just 6 months, one of the diamonds got loose and it had me stressing it would fall out. So, I decided to stop wearing the earrings at all.Clearance earrings

The earrings are just alright, not the greatest quality but not terrible either. I might consider shopping here again.
Bridal set for wedding anniversary
I've been going to this jewelry store for a while now and recently got a new bridal set for my anniversary. I said yes, and wow, the rings look amazing now! It's like they're brand new. Vintage engagement ring purchase
The lab-made diamond on my vintage engagement ring was so beautiful! I was amazed at how stunning it looked in real life. The only downside was that I had to ask for a digital copy of the International Gemological Institutes Diamond report separately. I think a document as important as that should have been included with the ring automatically. Despite that, the beauty of the diamond more than made up for this little hassle. All in all, I absolutely love my new ring and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

But, gotta give a heads up about their layaway program - the terms aren't super clear on their site. If you end up canceling, you'll kiss your deposit goodbye. wedding set purchased
purchased a wedding set March 2021 for wedding May 2021. 60 day refund warranty expired before ring was worn but who knew it would be a shoddily made piece of junk. Has been in their repair shop 6 times because the band loses sonsistently loses its diamond chip stones. It takes 1-3 months each episode of repair into and back to me, for the last 2 yrs and they consistently refuse refund for this "lemon" junk piece of jewelry. So ordering was easy, Service is HORRIBLE, Pricing I gave 1 star because any price for JUNK is too much and it takes forever for them to repair and return. 2-3 months to replace the lost stones is not reasonable, nor is 6 repairs in 2 years. I would never purchase anything from them again. Business lacks integrity.
