Premium quality surfboards.period
Once i started buying from here. I just put my finger here for my all surfboarding stuff. along with that, beachwears, water sports wear and lot of garments you find here are totally awesome.
variety is fun to be checked out.
quality never disspoints, so far. totally recommend this place for surfbaorders, beach persons and other aspirants for water sports.Ordered wetsuit in wrong size
I bought a wetsuit online, but they messed up and sent me the wrong size! It's been more than a month and I still can't get it exchanged. I've sent a bunch of emails and haven't heard back. Definitely not worth your money, you guys.
Surfboard
I ordered a surfboard. It arrived on time but when I opened it, I realized it was damaged.
I sent a message to customer service right away with photos. It took them a week to respond. They offered me a discount or return + refund.
I asked for a return + refund and no response. It’s been over 2 weeks. I’m appalled by their lack of response.
I’d be extremely cautious purchasing a higher priced item here unless you have the money to ....Birkenstocks
Their exchange policy is ridiculous! Bought a pair of Birkenstock’s that were too big and want to exchange them for a smaller sized & they don’t do exchanges. $15 to get the shoes to me and $21 to return them. Went to Nordstrom’s instead and had wonderful customer service!
