    Beautiful Swarovski ring purchase

    I got this amazing Swarovski ring when I got proposed to, but to be honest, it turned out to be a real letdown. The salesperson hyped it up as a super durable ring, but the coating started peeling off real quick and even turned my finger blue after just a few months of wearing it. I hardly even wore it, but somehow it still got tarnished really fast. Now the ring just sits in its box more than on my finger, which totally bums me out because it's got sentimental value. And don't even get me started on the customer service - had to follow up multiple times to finally get some generic response telling me to go to the store for help. Total disappointment in both the product quality and the customer service experience.

    Engagement ring turning bronze

    My boyfriend proposed to me with a beautiful engagement ring 2 months ago. I've been really careful with it - I always take it off when I shower, wash my hands, or put on creams. But for some reason, a part of the ring has turned bronze. We went back to the store where he bought it, hoping to exchange it since it supposedly has a warranty. But they said no and tried to blame me for the discoloration. I have two other rings from a different brand that I've been wearing daily for 5 years, and they still look perfect.

    Gold-tone plated Zodiac bracelet

    I just got this Gold-tone plated Zodiac bracelet as a gift and, let me tell you, it's absolutely gorgeous. But here's the thing - I'm having a tough time with the clasp on the chain. It's pretty hard to handle, so it's a struggle every time I try to put on the bracelet. It's a real bummer that I can't rock this beautiful piece like I want to because of this little hassle.

    I just sent back a pair of earrings that my partner opened and decided she didn't want. We waited a month and didn't hear anything, but then the company said the quality had gotten worse and took out 30% of what we paid because now they consider it an "outlet" item. The jewelry looks really cheap and the quality is terrible. It seems like they're up to some shady stuff. I reported them and it looks like I'm not the only one.

    Luxurious ring gift

    I went all out and got this beautiful ring for my wife as a gift, but when it showed up, it was a complete mess. The box was all torn up and the ring was all scratched. It was just awful! I contacted customer service right away, but they were no help at all and just brushed me off. The price I paid was way too high for the terrible quality and the way it was shipped. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else for your shiny gifts.

    The earrings showed up really late, ugh. I spent extra for them to come on Friday, but nope, got a note saying they won't be here until April 2nd. What gives?! This has never happened to me with any other online store. So frustrated and let down, definitely not buying from them again.

    I recently bought a really nice necklace online, but man, the whole delivery and customer service thing was a letdown. I waited for weeks for my order, and when I finally reached out to customer service to see what was up, they first said they'd look into it. Then they turn around and tell me they can't deliver the necklace due to some issues. I wasn't having it and pushed for the necklace, getting their word that I'd have it the next day. But surprise, surprise, the next update I get is that they can't find my address. Funny thing is, I've gotten stuff at that address before without a hitch. So now I'm stuck waiting for a refund, feeling pretty bummed about how this whole online shopping thing went down.

    Watch with missing parts

    I recently bought a watch online from this company and unfortunately, it arrived with some missing parts. I tried reaching out to their customer service for some help, but I had a pretty bad experience. The prices for their products are a bit on the high side considering the quality I got. Their customer service options are not great - the chat doesn't work, emails are not being replied to, and even the WhatsApp and phone options were not useful. The person I talked to didn't seem to know what they were doing and didn't offer much help, suggesting I send the whole watch in for just a few missing parts. Right now, I'm stuck with no solution to my problem and no help in sight. The lack of customer support from this company is really disappointing and not okay. I'm feeling regret about my purchase and definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

    Sterling silver ring with lab-created diamond

    I bought this ring thinking it was made of sterling silver with lab-created diamonds, but turns out it's actually copper. Less than a year later, it's turning my finger green, even though I've been super careful to take it off before showering or putting on lotion. The quality went downhill fast, the crystal got scratched and chipped way too easily. I feel let down and tricked by the wrong info about what this ring is made of.
